african american chap did not listen and immediately dismissed our concerns because of their unavailability. we found the experience very unwelcoming and most certainly will never be visiting again nor do we recommend this branch.

I’ve had several services for my 2013 vehicle over the past 2 years from Nam’s… new brakes and pads, new A/C installation, and general oil changes. Mr. Choi has always given me a competitive, if not the most reasonable estimate, for these invasive repairs. I continue to go to Nam’s for my basic oil changes and state inspections. I found their work to be thorough, timely and honest. I highly recommend Nam’s to my friends and neighbors… they’ve been pleased, as well.

Unexpectedly, one morning, I went out to run some errands and was unable to start my car. It's always painful when that happens.Luckily, my brother found Nam's doing an online search. And I was very lucky with Nam's! They found the problem quickly ... broken starter motor. It was costly but Nam's offered me a slight discount and not only that they where able to obtain the needed part and fix it in less than 24 hours from when my car arrived in their shop (even though it was the end of the week). FANTASTIC!!! I will definitely be going back for any future car issues. I would recommend Nam's to anyone with auto troubles! Oh, and they are also associated with AAA.

Friend and I took his JKU Wrangler with a loose track bar issue.Long drive ahead, no tools, no time and here we went.A mechanic with some bloody certified patch didn't even know where the track bar was. We had to point it out to him.Insane. Can this really happen?

I must start by saying this is overall a great shop. I have been a customer since maybe 2004. I don't have many complaints with them, but I don't like dishonesty. I had my son go in to have some service along with checking the breaks. We clearly had the wheel lock for my wheels in the car. My son informed me that they checked the breaks and stated they did not need to be changed at this time. Today we noticed our wheel lock was missing and replaced with a regular socket the mechanic left as a replacement. The gentleman on the phone today tells me we did not check the breaks so we did not use the wheel lock. Then he tells me we inspect the breaks without taking off the wheels. Really I don't think most shops check breaks without taking off the wheels. Then he says another shop lost the wheel lock. I have not been to another shop since I visited yours. I'm not making this up. I realize mistakes happen, but to hit me with a bunch of reasons it wasn't your fault and clearly lie about something you lost is very dishonest to me. Fortunately it's a very small cost and a inconvenience to get my old wheel locks off and then buy new ones. I truly believe honesty goes a long way.
