My phone only supports 4G and I told them... I needed a SIM card with a new line so I bought one cause they said its gonna work even the customer service said so ... At the end I payed 80 dollars but I have no Access to Internet and they can do nothing about it ... Not even giving my money back! What a service!

I am not sure who are people working here but they have no english speaking skills only, and they only speak spanish and lies even metro by T-Mobile have a signs on their phone that no activation fees and 4 lines for $100 with 4 free Samsung Galaxy A15 I tried to port and the guy telling me I have to pay $300 for 4 phones and not breaking down bill for me while I only should be paying only $100 for everything out the door.

I have no words, the service is great. Nancy and Alison make a great team, they treated me with kindness and had a beautiful smile on their faces all the time, they were patient and we're understanding about the situation!. I recommend coming here, these two ladies make everything easier and understandable!

UPDATES: turns out they never gave him a refund they just canceled the new Acct they opened up. Unbelievable! They had informed my son that funds were funded to his old Acct and he would have credits. After calling customer care the phone rep said she didn’t see any credits.————————————————————————————Be careful for they do fraudulent activities and take advantage of the youth. My 16 son has an Acct with them and when he tried to reactive his Acct after he was able to get a replacement phone they told him he cancelled his Acct and was unable to reactive it.When I went with him to report his phone lost/stolen the rep I spoke to from a different location informed us she would be placing a suspension and had 30 days to reactive.As I was trying to inform them of this they were really rude and snotty about the situation saying that it was cancelled and didnt care if I called the 1800 number Bc they weren’t going to be able to do anything anyways.They charged him for a phone case he NEVER BOUGHT and they activated a whole new number/Acct under his name.Once I called the 1800 customer service number. I was informed that I was correct. His Acct was still able to be reactives and he did it for us. He also advise to go back and ask for the manager to correct issues. Unfortunately the manager was the one coaching this young lady on how to commit fraud. He didn’t care and was one of the people who was speaking rude to me. once they saw we had called, they went ahead and reversed the whole transaction.Be CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE THEY DONT TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE.Sad part about it all is that they were Hispanics who seem to take advantage of him just because he didn’t understand Spanish or speak it. They spoke the entire time in Spanish. My son stated that they first asked him if he understood. When he replies no they just continued on speaking Spanish in front of him.
