CARSTAR Metro Collision of Springfield did very good job to repair damages on the body of my car. Jonatan was my point of contact and he took care of everything from end to end. He updated me in timely manner without any follow up. I would highly recommend CARSTAR Metro Collision of Springfield.

Such a bad experience I had to contact Human resources to complain against the manager of the shop, who cussed me out and said I was on drugs , they unnecessary removed things which led to damages being done to my car and then they refuse to fix it and try to blame it on me the Customer . I will never bring my car to CARSTAR repairs or recommended to anybody else. As a Mechanic, I know what it takes to repair vehicle. They told me lies and refused to pay for the damages , and accused me of damaging my own vehicle before I even picked it up.
