This store spoke very little english. Not a racial issue. A communication issue. I wanted to change my plan and she didn't know how and told me to call customer service, tho I'm paying in cash. Now, I have to travel outside of my immediate area to pay my phone bill. She was polite and apologized, and I do appreciate that. But, you're ineffective and it causes inconveniences. Wow! This Metro Center is impressive! An intelligent Agent called GRISELDA welcomed me and oriented m with the new A21 Samsung since I have been long time loyal metro & Samsung customer. She does everything great and I got a great deal. Got a second line and she transfered all data and app to the new one. Paid less but got more. Even the service center outlook is beyond.
