Definitely worth trying!Not only exceptional food but the service and cleanliness is outstanding. I ordered spicy beef tibs with Sambusa. The beef was super tender and saucy. I highly recommend you trying this authentic Ethiopian cuisine.

Found this market / restaurant and got their Awaze Tibs. Let me just say it’s like mommas cooking. Make sure you get the 100% Tiff ethiopian injera. Better than the watered down wheat based injera.

Wonderful store with the most delightful lady who works the grill-she made the most delicious food with the perfect spice level. I usually have to drive to DC for good Ethiopian food, but not anymore-Merkato is now my go-to place! Delicious!
