Knowledgable and personalized experience!
I’ve been going to this shopping center for almost all my life and never would have thought that I would have to go in and buy a mattress. Surprisingly, my family was shifting some old furniture in the house and I somehow found myself in the mattress market.
Barbara was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive the moment I walked into the door. After a quick diagnostic test and conversations, she already knew what fit my needs as a sleeper and showed me some options. I can tell she has the experience and attention to detail every time I had asked about pros/cons, and the benefits to choosing one mattress over the other.
Overall she was able to give me an incredible discount on a new mattress and made the buying experience incredibly simple, transparent, and easy!

Barbara is fantastic! We just went into the store to get info about mattresses but she spent lots of time with us, encouraged us try several different mattresses and answered all our questions and concerns
. She did not try to sell us anything but we felt so confident after talking with Barbara that we did buy a mattress that day and I can’t wait to sleep on it! Check out was easy, and the explanation of warranties and trial times was very clear.

What a great store. Brought my mom in and Barbara listened to what mom wanted and explained why what she was looking for would not work for her and showed her what could. Worked with us for a few hours until mom found a bed that was comfortable I thought she would fall asleep.
Barbara continued to work with us after the sale to make sure the height of mom’s adjustable bed would be a good height for her.
Now my husband and I are going to go in.
