My saga began in January 2024 when an old Salesman we'll call "The Godfather" told me that the adjustable bases fit ALL bed frames. Apparently I'm the 1% of people who's doesn't fit. It was installed improperly and when I complained he told me "I shouldn't have accepted the delivery or get by Boyfriend to help fix it" very dismissive.
So I call Corporate Customer Service and a Derek Tucker tells me he'll fix the issue. Fast forward to October 2024 and the issue is still not fixed. I've called Kevin Kellar, Winston Compress & Shakaid Khan 4 times since Derek Tucker dropped the ball in July and still no response.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT MATTRESS WAREHOUSE!

It was a incredible experience , Mr Jose did a Great Job showing me the difference of a mattress and how he explained everything about it.. I really like the place and the quality of the product specially the Customer Service was Excellent ... thank you Mr Jose.

Knowingly or not the salesman misled me by telling me that financing option was not a credit card, doesn't require a hard pull, and will only affect my credit score for three months. None of that was true. Other than that, he did give me a good deal.

On Friday, March 22nd I visited the store at 8:30PM looking for a new mattress with an adjustable power base. I knew the store closes at 9PM but I figured I had enough time to see what they had in stock to return the next morning to purchase. To my surprise the main door facing Old Keene Mill Road was locked. All the lights were on so I knocked for a few minutes. I went around to the Commerce Street side to find those doors locked as well. From the Commerce Street side I could see the sales desk and what appeared to be an older, white hair/balding man hunched underneath the desk doing a terrible job of hiding -- I could see the top of his head. I continued to knock but it was apparent he didn't want my business or was trying to close early. I ended up at Mattress Firm a few blocks away where the sales associate was happy to help me find what I was looking for and even offered to stay past closing. Mattress Firm earned my business and I came back the next day to finish my purchase. I'm disappointed in Mattress Warehouse since I was a return customer purchasing 1 King and 2 Queen mattresses from them in 2016. Apparently customer service has gone downhill since then.
