Exceptional Customer Service. All the colleagues were super friendly. Warm welcome with water. The shop looked super clean as well as bathroom. One of the representatives name Chandresh was phenomenal and showed me around all the available mattresses. I was able to select the right one. Thank you for the service.

We had an amazing shopping experience led by Michael Dantley! We highly recommend you ask for him if you are in the search for a new mattress. We weren’t really sure what we were looking for, but after asking us questions,Mr. Dantley was able to make several great suggestions. He was kind and patient as we took our time trying out mattresses. We really appreciate the commitment to great service and we are very happy with our purchase!

Michael Dantley was our sales rep when we purchased our new mattress from Mattress Firm last week. We provided him what we were interested in and he gave us several options that he thought would be best. We were very pleased with his assistance and insight. He also ensured that we received the new mattress two days after we purchased it and it has made a significant improvement in the quality of sleep that we are now getting.

Just moved to the area and needed a bit more help than normal arranging the logistics of getting a bed when I didn't have a place yet. Chandresh greeted me at the door and was the absolute best throughout the entire experience. Helped me pick a bed that felt most comfortable and worked with me to ensure the mattress will stay on hold until I have an address to deliver it to. Great place, great prices.

I finally bought a mattress and and I’m so pleased with the service I received from Michael Dantley at the 6699 Frontier Drive located in Springfield, VA. He was so knowledgeable and helped me find the mattress for me that also was within my budget. He is so respectful and so easy to chat with. I would highly recommend anyone in the Springfield area to check out this location if you are in the need of a new mattress. I’m glad I did! Thanks again Michael!

Had a great experience! Michael Dantley was amazing. He was so kind, helpful, and made things easy. Had a great deal on Labor Day weekend. Upgraded from a twin to a full size Sleepy's Doze 10" Medium Memory Foam Mattress and it’s the greatest bed on earth. I’ve never slept better. Go see Michael!

Sleep expert Wahid was the best. Very knowledgeable about all the different types of mattress. When I told him I wanted a bed that felt like the ones in a luxury hotel he took me straight to Stearns and Foster. I am looking forward to years of perfect sleep.

Chandresh is an amazing Sleep Expert associate. He is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all the questions and concerns we had in finding our new mattress. He will not sell you the most expensive product but the right mattress specifically for your needs. After we visited the first time, we wanted to shop around other stores to compare prices and other brands. True enough, Mattress Firm offered the best option along with the best warranties.

I am currently in the market for a new mattress. I knew prior to going in the store my price range and the mattress brands I was interested in. I arrived on a Thursday morning around 10:30, hoping no one else would be in the store, which was the case. I was greeted by a very nice salesperson, Chandresh, who took the time to review my needs and listened intently to the price range. He spent an hour with me showing me several beds that would fit within my budget. Although I haven't purchased anything yet as I'm still shopping, I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service!

If you have Chandresh, you're in luck. He would start to ask you many questions about finding the bed within your budget. Being with him was a pleasant experience where you don't feel pressured to buy anything. The best part is even if you don't plan to buy anything, you'll be able to discover the right bed firmness and pillow firmness for yourself. You'll sleep right with the perfect bed from him.

My husband and I walked in to Mattress Firm after doing a tiny bit of online research. After many years, it was time for a new mattress! We were immediately greeted by Chandresh Shah who got to know us, had us sample a few options and explained the features. He gave us time to ourselves to discuss before choosing "The One"! The checkout process was smooth and the bed was installed just a few days later. A mattress is not a small investment (although MF ran a great holiday sale), and so glad to report that we are sleeping happily and appreciated our experience with Mr. Shah.

Mr. Chandresh was very welcoming and bright. He suggested some really good quality mattresses and helped me find one I really liked. He’s very sweet and knows exactly how to find you a mattress based on your preferences. I really enjoyed coming here and he made my trip worth it.
