This for the LIDS at PENTAGON FASHION CTR MALL.Worst customer service, constantly on break without any signs. This is the lids on the third floor. The guy it’s 5:47 PM and the guy in the shop not letting anyone in because he’s on break till 7 PM, that’s a lot of sales. Again no signs which is sketchy. Why would LIDS be willing to loose so many sales. DON’T GO HERE! Sign finally went up at 5:56 say 7:15

We stopped by the store for an exchange. We went to the Potomac Mills location and my usual hat size was no longer a thing. It seems every hat fits differently on me. Potomac Mills did not have any more of the fitted hat I wanted so we had no choice but to exchange it. Thankfully, we found one that worked for me at the Springfield location.When we were there the store was busy and only one guy, Matthew, was working. He made sure he attended us once he was done with the other customers. He made the exchange extra easy and my wife ended up finding a hat and had it embroidered. He said it'd take about 30min and we ended up leaving and going to have dinner, before we can ever order our food, he called and said the hat was ready.Once we were done we went back and picked up the hat which was waiting for us. It came out great!I do recommend going to this Lids as Matthew was real helpful. Just have patience if he's busy with a customer and there are no other employees.

Don't have too much selectionThe Hispanic who works there spent all the time on video calls, he didn't explain well, he didn't answer the questions, if you don't have a vision of what this type of store is, don't look for a job like thatBTW I am Hispanic too

Store is supposed to be open at 10am but still not open after an hour and a half. No one answered the phones and there were people outside waiting.

This store has a bad management awful customer service. I came today to pick up my order. They are close no sign no explanation when they’re going to open the store I could not believe …. Busy Christmas shopping time they are closed. I met their employee outside the store, waiting for someone to come with the key to open the door, just a wasting time I will never ever order anything from the store again.

This is the most inconsistent Lids store I’ve ever been to. The first time I went it was great. After that it’s been horrible every time. It took the associate 3 hours to embroider 3 hats and I was the only one at the store and the embroidering was butchered. I went again on a weekend and the store didn’t open until 1:30PM even though the hours said 11AM opening.

Went over during my lunch break, doors are shuttered but lights are on. No employees or sign posted as to why it’s not open. It’s 12:300pm and non one is there, listed hours are 11am.

Been to this store multiple times at time that it says it open and yet it isn't opened. Either change hours of operation or hire personnel that show up on time to open the store

Worst Customer service Experience, Yesterday Saturday May 27th around 1pm I arrived to this Lids Location and the reason I When is Bc they had in Store Stock the Hat that I wanted for so long it supposed to had a tag with the hat, that's when my complaints started I saw same the exact Hat with the Tag that the other Hat was missing n i Tell the guy if I could just swap the tag because was the same Hat except that it was different Size why with Sarcastic Expression Customer service representative Denied to sell it bc He said he Can't do that he would much rather LOSE 54 dollars sell for for a tag swap that it was Missing from same Hat Smh . I Hope u Trained your employees better Bc a Sell to a Sellman Matters but I Guess this Location is not about That. Is just Weird Customer Service NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LIDS LOCATION.

Went there to purchase a cap. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the system to boot up. You guys need a register. This is the second time this has happened
