In and out to get my glasses adjusted—kind and informative staff. She gave me a heads up that since I didn’t buy them there she can’t be responsible if they broke. She was gentle with them and did a great job and didn’t charge me!

Both these fine gentlemen, helped me this morning with a warranty and replacement issue issue. No questions asked they just wanted to help me and make sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service and honest employees.!

I've never had anything but positive experiences with the team in this store. They're fast, highly professional, very pleasant to work with, and the store offers a wide selection of frames. 99.9% of the time their in-store deal comes out significantly less than my eye insurance benefit. I just won't go anywhere else.

I came by this store to see if they could fix the alignment of my wireframe Oakley glasses and they were able to fix it! I had gone to other two eye glass stores and they said could not. The staff was kind and helpful. Thank you!

My experience at this LensCrafters was phenomenal. I came into the store with the right side of my glasses bent at a very bad angle. These were metal frames, so bending them back into place could possibly damage it more and lead to it breaking, but they took it to the back promptly, and were very professional and kind. I expected the glasses to be fixed but have some imperfections, however, when I got it back they looked brand new. They then cleaned it for me and gave them back perfectly fixed with no charge. I will definitely come back to buy a new pair of glasses when I am able to, and I want to thank the staff for being very professional and swift. I would highly recommend this location.

I was at LensCrafters at Springfield Mall this past Monday and it was a very peasant experience. Arcrenio help me with my prescription, picking out frames and the size of the lenses, and also assisted me with deciding on the color for the frames. He actually listened to me when I expressed my wishes and provided me with several samples of frames in different colors and lenses to try and in my rice range. In our conversation, I expressed some concerns I had concerning UV and blue lights that bother me, and he made suggestions. I am very happy with the selections I made and can’t wait until my glasses arrive.

I give Jevvy 5+ ⭐️ on how he handled me and my situation. He was very nice, understanding, and knowledgeable about my needs for the Ray Ban Meta sunglasses. But Sara on the other hand, was very disrespectful, and rude and tried to take over what he was doing with me even though she was with another customer. She should not be a Team Lead with an attitude like that. For that, I give her -2⭐️ review.

First time buying there today, after going for a quick consultation the previous week before after just assuming to expect a mediocre selection of frames with amateur service... Come to find out I was completely wrong in judgement. Ace made me realize and accept to always keep an open mind on meeting people. I will refer anyone around me needing the right lifelong investment for their vision needs for life. Ask for Ace, he will always do his best on meeting your needs. Unconditionally with pure intentions. He deserves a raise Lenscrafters! He gained a loyal person today.

Even though it was busy, I was assisted within 5 minutes of arriving. The process for picking out glasses was simple and I didn't feel as though the employees were rushing me or making me buy something I didn't want or need.

Extremely wonderful, friendly and helpful staff who assisted me in purchasing eyeglasses (wished I remembered their names). They helped me picked out frames and even fixed my old glasses.
