Took my Nissan Maxima in today for routine service and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Rebekah was my rep and kept me fully advised on the progress. I have been coming here for a while, but this last time was the best. P.S. don't forget to look at the vast display of super hero models!

Bought a 2015 Audi SQ5 that they performed an illegal inspection on. After the purchase, I found multiple items that should have not passed the VA state vehicle safety inspection. We showed up at 7pm when it was dark and they had just finished washing the car so everything was wet and it was hard to see and I wasn’t laying on the wet ground. On the way home the oil light came on and tire pressure warning light. We stopped and topped off the oil. Another 60 miles the oil light came on again. The next day I put the car up on a lift and found multiple issues like major oil leaks from the valve cover gaskets and oil filter housing gasket, cracked and broken front and rear and upper and lower control arm bushings etc. other issues that we noticed are that the brake pads are about at their end and there was a nice size dent in the rear door that we didn’t notice because the car was soaking wet and it was dark when we looked it over. We emailed the salesman with no response. We did received a follow up call the next day from someone wanting to review our experience and I told them about the issues. She said someone would be in contact. Needless to say, we never heard anything back. No surprise to me! I’m sad to say that a 1 star review is all I can give. Illegal inspections are bad news!!! They’re are quick to take your money but after that they want nothing to do with you!

Happy to report Eddie the new auto technician was kind and provided answers to all my questions during our walk around of the car. He explained the process. I can’t believe her was only there 3 months he handled himself like a veteran. Rebekah my service manager provided great customer service. She was attentive to my needs and my budget. She called when my parts arrived and made sure I was in and out as promised. Hart Nissan service Department rocks. Several things like about Hart Nissan service department they are courteous and patient with their customers. One evening I ran into the owner and he too was courteous and patient and that speaks volumes. The sales floor team is courteous (especially my personal sales guy Joe) and patient with customers and Bob the finance guy is courteous and patient with the customer. Bob makes it happen and helps you understand the financial benefits offered by Hart Nissan. Keep up the good work guys. The hot chocolate is delicious.

Joe (Sales) & Flo (Finance) made the car buying process super quick and easy. I’ve purchased multiple cars in the Northern VA region and I have to say that this was the most simple and non-salesy processes. They identified what I actually wanted as a customer and gave me that and didn’t push things that I clearly didn’t want. I feel like understanding your customers is really important in business and they seem to have that skill. Appreciate them and look forward to buying another vehicle with Hart in the future.

I like coming to Hart for service because the service team shows genuine concern for your issues. They are very professional and they don’t use pressure tactics to get you to buy services that are not necessary for you at the moment. They provide service with a smile and make you feel welcome. I have tried other dealers but because I have a prepaid service contract they don’t want to provide the quality service I need or they act as if they are doing something for me for free when in actuality I have prepaid for the services. Hart Nissan is my preferred dealer and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!

The sales staff have been friendly and helpful my 2 visits to Hart Nissan. The low rating is due to how Hart conducts their trade ins. I’ve been watching a vehicle for a couple of weeks. Went in the first time to see what could be worked out, but didn’t end purchasing that trip. Recently the same vehicle went on sale by $2,000 so I figured why not go back and see if we can make a deal. Numbers get drafted up and they were going to give a few hundred more on my trade in than my last visit which I thought “great”. Looking at the numbers, I noticed the sale price wasn’t reflected on the sheet. I brought that up, they went and adjusted it, but then either a sales manager or finance person came out saying, well you can either get the vehicle at non sale price and get a higher trade in value or get the sale price and get a lower trade in value. I was expecting to get what I shook hands on for my trade in value and the sale price, but apparently that’s not how they do business. That was a $3,600 difference, basically making the “discount” worthless. If you go into Hart Nissan, expect to get a drastic lower trade in value if they have a “discounted” vehicle.

A service representative was there to greet me. A short while after checking-in, the specialist working on my car invited me back to learn things about the engine. Everyone was friendly and happy-natured. It was a refreshing experience from beginning to end.

Never EVER buy a Car from here . I bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier for 1,000$ a month , Not only that , 6 Months in ALREADY HAVING ISSUES, Battery Dead , Fluid needs exchanging ECT! They claim their cars are CERTIFIED , But Work was NOT DONE ON VEHICLE IN OVER 2 Years , Proper maintain was not done. 1,000$ a month for TRASHHH

Sadly they did not do as they promised. They were to fix the chip in the windshield that somehow passed thier inspection and a a tow hitch on my used car purchase. Joseph Soto and his manager assured me when I purchased that the service dept would call and schedule. After a month I called them, no record of either. The manager Jack called me back to say he was talking to the GM but never heard back. All my calls roll to voice-mail.and no response from messages left. They will scam you any chance they get try to put you in a high interest loan. Buyer beware, they will tell you anything to get the sale.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews, I've had a generally great experience working with Hart Nissan! Honestly in my car search I hadn't put Nissan front of mind, but was swayed by the friendliness of Labid, one of their salesmen. When it was looking like the numbers weren't working in my favor, April worked hard to successfully make something helpful! Once the deal was finishing, Robert made me feel taken care of - and not pressured, a rarity!- when solidifying the deal. It's only been a few days but the communication from this team has been stellar and they're all incredibly friendly.

They treat you like a family member! Are you looking for a dealership that knows how to work with a “family member”, then you need to get to Hart Nissan of NOVA. This team, yes there is a team, but each member of the team knows you and what is your likes, dislikes, questions, etc. Can’t say enough but “get over there and work with this Hart Team!”

Ask for Joe or Younes and close the deal with April!We had a great experience working with our Sales Consultants Joe and Younes. They addressed all our questions/concerns. I felt they advocated for us when it came time for negotiations.April was our Sales Manager and made our experience worth while. I didn't feel pressured and felt she tried to accommodate us to ensure a win-win for us and the Hart Nissan. Definitely recommend Hart Nissan and this winning team!
