They have been the best place to take your car for any work. They work magic when your car was hit by someone. Your car will be put back together and look brand new. They matched the color of my Scion. I trust them with my son's Nissan to keep it running for the great car it is. They did an on the spot oil change for my Scion. I highly recommend them for all of your car needs. Very competent body shop.

They make intake very simple, provide a nice portal to track updates, and pickup was a pleasure. The staff is considerate and attentive. Highly recommend for the lack of stress in what's usually a stressful situation.

This shop is amazing! The staff go above and beyond you help you and they do amazing work. They actually advocated for me with my insurance company to ensure everything was reimbursed and done correctly. Everyone is helpful and kind.

The people at L&M are amazing! I took my car in for some body work, and they made sure everything was taken care of every step of the way from rental, to getting insurance involved, fixing the car and finally even helping out with the price. Jay who was mostly involved took such great care of my car and just made sure everything worked out. They are such respectful, professional and helpful people. This shop was provided to me by USAA. Could never get anyone to get back with me. Every time they did it was a different story of what "I" needed to do and I ultimately just went to the next shop on the list provided. They seem very busy and the young woman I spoke to on the phone was ugly and rude. I wish them luck and hope they can get their act together.

Customer service is NOT dead! The guys at L&M Boudinot Dr. Location in Springfield, VA should host a master class on interpersonal communication and customer service. I called several shops for comparison. One major deciding factor = customer service. Rob (who answers the phone most often) was friendly, helpful, and gave me knowledgeable details when I inquired of the work, time frame, insurance, etc. Simple, timeless and highly effective. His follow up was prompt and he never overpromised. Rob gave me the facts and provided further clarity. He tries to come up with options and solutions and makes you feel like he's on your side to get things done well. When I picked up my car. It was better than new. Jay greeted me with a handshake and a smile and went over everything in detail. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. He had great knowledge of the process and it came across with confidence. The car was detailed too! Fresh and clean and FIXED! There was one other gentleman at the front desk that day whose name I did not get but he was polite, well spoken and interested in his customers. Who even talks to customers with any level of interest these days? He does! I also overheard him being very friendly and helpful to two other customers at the shop that day. He's a kind and genuine person. How refreshing! Bravo to L&M for this type of interpersonal customer interaction and support! Great culture. Misc: My car required a new bumper, grill, front deflector and front quarter panel paint fix. It also involved camera work and sensor adjustments.

I use to work here they will take every shortcut they can to save a quick buck and can't keep workers longer than a few years because they will cheap out on paying employees. Don't support an arrogant narcissistic family.

$$ ASK FOR CHARGES AHEAD $$ - AVOID IF YOU ARE USING INSURANCE. This body shop charged over $650 to tow my car from my house which is about 5 miles away from this business. I did not sign anything authorizing this charge nor was it disclosed to me. They charge $125 per day to store the car on their lot. If you are using car insurance be aware the insurance may pay this body shop and then forward the high fees on to you as the consumer. This body shop knows the real money is in totaling your car and writes the estimated repairs accordingly so they don't have to do the work and they collect the maximum amount of money for doing less. They are polite and helpful to the customer and if you are considering using them ask about charge ahead of time. If you are using them for insurance, I would call someone else.Service: Body & Trim

Took our car in for a sideswipe damage repair. Jay was very helpful and professional. Repair work was high-quality and reasonably timely. Only giving 4/5 stars because pickup was less than ideal. Received a call/voice mail from “Rob” at noon that the car was ready for pickup (and received an email from Rob at the same time that the vehicle was ready (but the message referred to a model that we don’t own)). When we arrived at the shop at 1 pm, we were told the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for _another_ hour (not sure why the voice mail and email an hour earlier). I think they hurried but it did indeed take another hour. My advice would be not to call/email customers telling them their vehicle is ready for pickup until it’s ready for pickup. I hope we don’t have a vehicle repair need again but, if we do, I’d go back to L&M and work with Jay, I just might ask “are you sure?” when they call to let us know the work is done!
