Mr b hooked me up for my engagement quick to. I walked in told him my budget and boom a ring was in my hand. I got the bug yes and then he insisted that I come back after she said yes with her to size the ring so I don't have to pay extra. Great customer service.

I bought a necklace on December 24, 2023 as a gift to my wife. My wife didn't like it. I was confident that I can easily return it as is the case in most purchases in America. However, the JEWL BOX people refused either to return. I went for the second time for an exchange, and yet they refused to exchange it for me at the same deal price which I bought the original item. Their customer service is really poor. The person representing the shop at Springfield Mall, even showed me and my wife disrespect.

I put in a watch which they said needed a capacitor paid 130 for the watch to be fixed. The watch has not been keeping time now it has completely stopped working. I was told to call the owner. I called almost 10 times and received no answers, I am going to take them to small claims court if they do not fix my watch and I think they replaced the stones and it was fake because it was sparkling and now it's just dull

I strongly advise NOT to visit the Jewel Box shops at Springfield Mall. The staff at these shops employ deceptive tactics that end up taking advantage of customers. My recent experience at the Jewel Box was highly disappointing. I went in to have my band and ring plated in white gold, and not only did I end up paying more than double the expected cost, but the white gold plating began to wear off within a matter of just two days. Despite making four separate visits, they were unable to complete the job to my satisfaction. On top of all this, their staff, especially Mr. Ali, exhibited unprofessional behavior and a complete disregard for customer service ethics. To make the matter worse Mr. Ali accused me of asking for security, which was entirely unfounded. He is undoubtedly not the face you'd want to encounter as a customer. He is certainly not the kind of representative you'd want to interact with as a customer. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare.I strongly urge you to review the consistently negative customer feedback they have received before considering a visit. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are far too valuable to entrust to such a fraud service provider.

This jewelry store allowed my stolen credit card to be used by someone to make a layaway purchase with only a first name and then paying for the rest with my credit card. They refused to talk to me to help me understand how it could have happened.

One of the best showcases of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their salesman carefully and patiently walked me through their selection and made sure I found a piece that I loved. I wish every jeweler experience was like this one, but I guess this is why they consider Jewel Box one of the very best establishments in the DMV area.Can’t thank the JB team enough for all their outstanding service and support, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and can’t wait to add to my collection. Brought my silver chain that had a link break in to get repaired, they charged me $25 and said it would be done in 20-25 minutes and they would call me when it was ready. I came in 40 minutes later after no call and the gentleman at the desk said "oh yeah" then grabbed a bag with my chain in it as if he forgot about it, they didn't put the chain back together properly, and didn't even fix the issue. the broken chain was still broken, they just put the loop back in and pinched it closed a bit, their makeshift fix didn't even last a day! I could've done the same thing at home with a pair of pliers for free. very disappointing

They had incredible and friendly customer service! Went in looking to get a bigger loop to connect my pendant to my chain - Bilal was extremely personable and helpful to find a great solution at a fair price. While other jewelers would ship out for an additional part, they had a jeweler in-store that got the new part attached on the spot. I'll definitely come back in the future because of how awesome they were. I encourage anyone in the Springfield, VA area to give them your business!

Beware!!!Biee is her name. She tried to charge me $135 to replace 3 watch batteries. The posted sign in store read Watch Battery Replacement $9.99.Once I said she's trying to rip me off . The manager came over explaining the $135 is because the watches are expensive. However he will replace all 3 batteries for a total of $35. I witnessed them try to hustle other people as well.All people of color.I would never return and encourage others to avoid this place.
