José Prudencio and his team did an excellent job with our patio pavers. He responded promptly to our inquiry, came for an estimate (taking extensive measurements and giving us ideas for design and addressing drainage issues) and stayed on time and budget. Since we are home during COVID, we could observe the job from start to finish. The entire team had a dedication to perfection, and it turned out great. We would highly recommend them for any paving job.

I recently had a patio done by Jose Portillo. I should have known there was an issue when he would not show up for days at a time. When the job was finished, it was not as promised. I got in touch with him by text, sending him pictures showing the water back up and he texted back he would be out around the 10th of November. But instead, he blocked my number with his carrier, Verizon. I have photos and happy to share my text messages and my contract, along with a photo of Jose and his work crew. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this contractor at all costs.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This guy responded through email, never asked for our address, showed up late and now 2 weeks later still hasn't sent us the estimate. I wasted a whole day on him.So we had Jportillo come out to give an estimate for repointing and he promised to have the estimate to us last tuesday. There was a mixup with time, and 30 min after he was supposed to be here, I got an email asking for my address since we apparently didn't give it to him. So he reschedules for 4 pm, and then doesn't show up till 445? It's now been a week, and after multiple emails and voicemails, I guess he doesn't want the job. I'll move on to the next person. This is becoming tiring. Does anyone want to work around here?

We had a GREAT experience with Jose and his crew. They did some cement repair work on our steps and a crumbling column on our porch. Jose was incredibly responsive, provided a reasonable quote for a tricky job, and did excellent work that far exceeded our expectations. He is also a good communicator and laid out their plan in a detailed quote and walked us through every step. He was also punctual, patient with us, and professional throughout. I highly recommend!

Jose's team did a great job repointing brickwork and repairing cracks in the retaining wall for my clients as part of the home inspection repairs. The price was excellent. As an agent for Coldwell Banker, I will definitely use their services again and refer them to other agents! --Brett Kitchen
