NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My daughter was told one moving date then strung along for two weeks before the mover they contracted with (Interstate and Discover movers) even put her belongings on a truck for delivery. They increased the initial price when they picked up her stuff even though she did all of the packing herself and they only had to wrap one item. After waiting for 20 days! To get her belongings, They had the nerve to not deliver because they couldn’t bring the truck to her street. There is a major two lane street half a block away from her house! Instead, They made her rent a U-Haul -and meet them at a nearby big box store! and then were going to charge her another $400 to help her unload her stuff at her home!! The representatives were unhelpful, didn’t call back when they said they would and when questioned about the false dates said, “our policies were in the information we emailed you”. The date issues were not in there. We will never use these companies again! Spend the extra money and find someone else up front because these people will price gauge you and you’ll end up paying more in the long run!!

Experience was over all very satisfactory. Packers and movers showed up when they were supposed to. They worked very hard and very fast. They got a lot more done in the allotted space of time than I thought possible. The only caveat I have (and this is more my and management’s fault rather than the workers) is to make sure that the items you don’t want packed or moved are very clearly marked and not reachable by the packets and movers or else they WILL get packed and moved.

These guys were great. Got my things from point A to point B quickly and effectively, without a scratch. I couldn’t believe the customer service, which is helpful when they have your entire life in their hands. A+ 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Very professional. They quilt-wrapped all my furniture. They packed my mirror, tv, and pictures. Nothing came damaged. Their pickup and delivery was timely and their employees polite and efficient. I was assigned a move coordinator. She checked in with me at each step. I had an excellent experience with this company and I highly recommend them to you.

The moving crew that showed up at our home to start packing. Everything were exceptional from Alex to supervisor to Louise Carlos and all the other gentlemen who were there. They were very respectful of our privacy, very patient, the joy to be able to ask them for certain things, all in all the experience was unforgettable. The entire moving process from start one to not yet start finish because we’ll be waiting for our goods to arrive in the next day or two. Congratulations to interstate for keeping up the spirit of your beloved founder and family. Keep up the excellent work.

This shipping company is horrible! My shipment was picked up on 6/25/2024. My delivery date was set for 7/17/2024. That date has change more than 3 times. 17, 21,24,29,31, to August 1. Each day I am expected to buy food, buy living necessities and clothes because this company has failed to do its job! Then they have the nerve to ask me to send in receipts like I’m
Supposed to keep up with my orders. I wish I could find a way to sue this company but please stay far away!!!! I will make sure that platforms hear about this scam shipping company. The sad part is they are contracted with the government so this is how they handle military and veterans. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIPPING COMPANY! FAR AWAY!!!!

Interstate Moving had competitive pricing, good storage facilities for decluttering and holding furniture in their warehouse before moving.They did break a leg on a sofa that was listed as one of our expensive Items. The insurance company only gave us the option of repairing the sofa but not replacement.

Interstate is not transparent regarding the worst case scenario delivery timelines. While they are careful to tell you that their first available date is not a guaranteed delivery date, they do not share other than in the fine print that your items can take as long as 21 business days (so about a month) after the first available date to reach you. Furthermore, while their sales team is extremely friendly (because of course they are) when you call to get an update on your shipment, the customer service team is extremely rude and condescending. I wish I would have moved my items myself rather than working with interstate. It would have been cheaper and faster.

WE were very please with Interstate Van Lines. The crew was excellent, personable and efficient. The only negative was that two items were broken.
