Everyone was kind and compassionate. I ended up needing to go to the ER because imaging was needed and was not available at Urgent Care, but the care I did receive at Urgent Care was quick and efficient. The clinic was also very clean.

The staff was wonderful. Both employees were very friendly and professional. Very helpful. My only negative comment is that the public should know in advance that you are going to be seen by a nurse practitioner and not a doctor. I drove past my primary doctor office and to your facility because I wanted to be seen by a doctor. I didn't want to create any issues with your staff. If we are charged for a physician visit, we should be able to consult with a physician. Thank you

A much quicker experience than my wife and I have had at any other Urgent Care. Efficient and attentive staff make this a good pick for an Urgent Care if you're needing one.

Little bit of a wait, more than expected but understandable for only one receptionist- and it was great because she knew I would've needed to give a urine sample so she let me do that in advance to makes things quicker. Once I got called back it was so quick and easy and my sample had already been examined and I've never gotten an antibiotic prescription so seamlessly. Everyone is super friendly, reasonable, and considerate. Definitely one of the best medical experiences I've had; cheap and very accessible, with great service. 10/10!

Everyone at this place was super friendly and professional. Michelle was really fun to talk to at the front desk. Michael did a great job not hurting me with the tests and sticks up my nose. Jodie was really nice and made me feel at ease while checking me in. And James took great care of me and diagnosed perfectly. I was feeling much better shortly after getting my prescriptions. I give 5 stars to to whole operation!! Can't thank them enough.

Friendly and very helpful. Tried everything to help my husband to clear his ear of wax and dislodged wax guards from his hearing aid. Helped with finding an ENT that gave him an appt right away.

This used to be a very good urgent care that I would even refer it to other people and lately it has been just existingAll the front desk people seem like they don’t know what they’re doingTheir system goes down like it’s 1800sI came here cause I fell and I have a very swollen knee. I was not told to go home because they have no technician. They made sure to charge my insurance and just tell me come tomorrow and do the x-ray hereI came today and they told me that they didn’t mean to come here you need to go somewhere elseBut I know what the provider told me the day before, which was to come to this location because I cannot drive for too long, and they said that they will take care of meNow the other provider says that I have to go to the further location and they would not take care of me hereWhen I asked them, if the technician for the x-rays is in today they said yes, so why can’t you take care of me they say I don’t know lolWhy have this whole building to waste so much money and charge people and their insurance and they do not give you the care they shouldShameless
