“Always enjoy staying here when in town for work! And even if I'm not staying on the property I go out of my way to say hello to the wonderful bartender Rahel. She makes all guests feel at home and I enjoy catching up with her and the fabulous guests staying in Springfield.”

“Staff are wonderful. Patient, kind and friendly. We usually stay at Comfort Inns and they are a good, clean, safe bargain. But this location is shoe horned in and the building could definitely use some upgrades. The elevators are slow and one cannot use the stairs to first floor. So we had to wait for the elevator all the time, even though we stayed on the 2nd floor. Be aware, breakfast is only until 9 on weekdays. We will still stay in Comfort Inns in the future, but will probably look for a more walkable place in the future.Walkability: Not as nice as I’d like. We use metros and public transportation everywhere because it is easier, especially in a busy place like D.C. Our walk to the metro station was dicey. The sidewalk was there but not in good shape and LOTS of stairs. We decided to drive to the metro stop instead, but costs $5/day and lot is very full. Also one cannot walk to a nearby restaurant or store, so be prepared.”

“For the price, it was worth it. It has complimentary alcohol drinks per person. Also have free made to order breakfast. Especially the breakfast, the egg quality is above the average hotels. With a family of 4, I will come back again in the future! My only problem is the gym and pool location is a little hard to figure out how to walk back to my roomRooms: Nice and clean with a sofa bed for my kids.Food & drinks: Complementary smacks and alcohol beverage/happy hour at your arrival. I like their eggs. It makes with real eggs, not powder!.”

“I felt comfortable and safe. The customer service was amazing. Each hotel attendant that I interacted with was kind. The room decor was a bit antiquated but most important it was clean. I had a broken iron board with holes and a iron that released a white substance when I attempted to iron my business attire clothes. I went downstairs with the iron and the hotel attendant promptly had housekeeping bring me a brand new iron that worked perfectly. The gym had the basics- free weights, two treadmills and a peloton bike. There’s one washing machine and one dryer which work with quarters. Check out was quick and I received my receipt as an email.”

“I wholeheartedly recommend this place! I stayed in a double king bed room that has two full bathrooms, microwave oven, mini fridge, keurig, free wifi and hearty hot breakfast. There’s plenty of parking and lots of stores and restaurants right across the street. They have solid people working there and you could tell because they all were genuinely helpful. I am definitely going to stay here again if I come around these parts again.Rooms: Clean and quiteNearby activities: Sportrock climbing gym not too far.Walkability: Stores and restaurants right across the street.Food & drinks: The best free hot breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. This coming from experience.Noteworthy details: Never saw a double king bed room category until I came here. Awesome experience.”

“Regularly having the opportunity to stay over many accommodations across and occasionally outside the country, and by no means a professional hotel reviewer and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer and every Joe and Jane needing good or excellent accommodations, I’ve developed as what I believe is a concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 3.5]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score: 4.5]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score:4.5]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score:4.0]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score:5.0]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score:4.0]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel is rated at 4.25. Most positive point(s) at this hotel is/are: really, really good guest service and convenience to downtown Springfield, retail, business centers and eating joints. Most negative points found here are: were not of consequence to note. My price to value to overall assessment: is extremely good!”

“We stayed one night after a difficult drive. Your front desk person Tameka (Sorry if not spelled correctly.) was fantastic and helped us with Grub Hub and other issues. Your bartender was equally helpful and served excellent cocktails that helped us forget the drive. We cannot recall her name. But these two people are stars.”

“The breakfast is a real spread with hot and cold variety of food. Was best I have seen for a budget type hotel. Im sure they throw alot of food away.4 stars because a security deposit was required without notice before arrival that exceeded nearly 400% of the cost more than the room for 1 night. When I stated this to the receptionist (and said that is excessive) she reduced it to 110%. Stating that its required because they have had guest bring pets and smoke to the rooms and that is why they require security deposit. The receptionist did what she could and company policy is beyond her control.”

“I just stayed at this Motel6 for 5 nights. Actually it was technically “Studio6”. The most important thing - it was clean, I felt safe and I would stay there again. I checked out on February 16, 2024.What I saw online for Studio6 was true when arrived in person. For the price and value - I would do it all over again. For me, the stovetop, fridge, microwave and most important - the sheets were all clean. Every hotel in the NOVA area at my price range is not going to be perfect - but I never felt unsafe. The lady that checked me out at 4:30 AM on February 16, 2024 was efficient and effective. Management - feel free to look her up, she was helpful.Important for anybody reading this: I would stay there again.”
