This place is phenomenal! I've been coming here for almost four years now. They're owned primarily by sisters - Tina, Ann, Maria, Cindy, and Kim. I've always requested Tina but all of them are great and extremely friendly. I usually just get regular haircuts but Kim colored my sister's hair for my Army retirement ceremony and she loved it and looked stunning! I lived off Franconia Commons Rd when I first came into the area, and now I live in the Wilton Woods and still come here. They love what they do and they're good at it!

Reasonably priced, always give a good haircut and Julie and Kim are fun to talk to. Nice homegrown business which I encourage you to support. Positive vibe.

I mean they dont listen to anything I say, if makes me question if they can even understand English. The lady asks what I want I tell her and she does the complete opposite of what I ask. I hope everyone reads the review and chooses not to come here unless you want your day ruined.

Hands down worst haircut I've ever gotten and I am retired from the Army so you know I got some bad haircuts over the years. The lady did not cut my hair at all how I asked her (and showed her a picture on my phone). I asked her for a low drop skin fade and to keep the top a little longer. She elected to chop most of the hair off the top of my head and give me a two all around the sides. I told her again what I wanted so she elected to give me a high skin fade that doesn't drop. She basically ruined my hair but the nice thing it's only hair so it'll grow back. I still tipped her generously because she seems like a nice woman although she is a terrible barber doesn't have a clue how to cut hair or listen to her customers I'm not going to state her name to respect her privacy. Just know that if you go to this barbershop you might get her and she will destroy your hair too.

Kim and the other ladies at Hair One are adorable. This was my first visit to Hair One. It was easy to get an appointment, and Kim took her time asking what I wanted. She listened, offered suggestions, and I walked out with a cute haircut, at a very reasonable price. I saved their number for the next time I'm in need of a great haircut. My family has been coming to 'Hair One' since my 40 something son was a young one! My husband is Retired Military and we always seem to return to this area... and 'Hair One' is always our Barber Shop... and for the last 22 years, it has also been my Beauty Salon! A very friendly group and they always do a wonderful job on all of us!!

The salon closed at 7:00 and I came today at 6:15 for a little boy haircut and the lady with blonde hair said with bad attitude that they already closed, we are regular customers, I would have understood if I had come 15 minutes before closing but 45 minutes. Seriously. People don’t want to work ?
