I had an emergency at 5:45pm on a Saturday on a long holiday weekend. My doctor was able to prescribe a medication immediately but I had to find a pharmacy that could fill it. Not only did Michelle and Aleeza take the prescription over the phone, they were incredibly efficient and served my medication with a smile right at 6 (closing time). I am incredibly grateful for their diligence (it must have been tempting to close up early and go enjoy the evening) and compassion - Giant Pharmacy is lucky to have them.

The pharmacy has been very kind both times I’ve had prescriptions filled here. They ran my insurance without being prompted as well as applied GoodRX when it was cheaper than insurance. I appreciate their kindness and their consideration!

Avoid this pharmacy. I will in the future. Had problems the first time I went to pick up a called in prescription. Second time was terrible. Doctor's office called in prescription. Store in Burke, VA phone system was out, but caller got no indication the message didn't go through. Called my doctor's office on my phone and could have resolved the problemthen if pharmacy would have taken the prescription over my phone, but refused to do so. Told to have prescription sent electronically. That didn't work. Then told to have it fax'd to 800 number. That didn't work either. Wasted hours while store management did not resolve the problem. If they're not going to use your phone out of fear of germs or liability, why not use their own private or company cell phones?

I went to the Giant Pharmacy today for COVID shot. Had my appointment booked online & all forms filled.When i went there 1st they couldn't find my form , then they found the last page of it.I was asked to Fill the form again. Did so..Then without a single customer for pharmacy or covid Vaccine i waited for more than 40 minutes.Went to the counter again, "am i getting vaccine" they all were looking at each other.Result: So i stepped out WITHOUT a vaccine....

One of the most obnoxious visits we have had, came in with my extremely mentally ill brother who was treated as if he was going to steal something. Anywhere he went someone was following him due to the fact he can’t take care of himself (dirty clothes, scruffy beard) can’t believe they treat mentally ill in such a manner #MakingTheMoveToAmazon

The pharmacist John is such a sweetheart. We called him because we had the wrong syringe for our medication. He was able to get us the correct syringe and also spent 15 minutes teaching us on how to use the syringe and fill the medication. He was extremely patient and helpful. Thank you, Giant pharmacy.

Be prepared to wait. Seems like they are lost in the sauce here. Every occasion I was kept waiting forever for a simple pick up.

I was having trouble with the scanner gun, I wrote, inquired of 3 in the store and no one could help. Called home office for 2nd time and on the computer it said they contacted me and solved the problem. They did not! Customer service is bad. The pharmacy and all that work there are Great!

Clean large Giant. The hours of operation are convenient and their prices are average for this area. Their buffet section is nothing compared to Wegman's or Harris Teeter's but if you just need to do your grocery shopping it's good. It's great that they have many self check out registers too.
