I highly recommend German Auto Group to anyone who has a German manufactured car / luxury vehicle. Steven was very attentive and they made sure everything was in tip top shape.

Amazing service. Got a quote for new control arms for my 2017 Porsche from a NTB tire shot after they installed my tires and brought it back with a shimmy. These guys looked over my car and went on a test drive to tell me it wasn’t the arms and it was just the break in on the tires. I’m sold on their service.

Not reliable. I paid for a pre purchase inspection as I am across the country. They detailed some items but missed bad motor mounts. I would never of bought the car if they caught the issue. Now I am out a $2600 for a non dealer repair,, $4,000 for dealer. When I called to ask why they missed it they said “oh, our tech must of missed it” . That was it. I don’t recommend.

Needed new ac condenser and found other issues. Steve and Rahab were incredible in getting me back on the road. Steve was very communicative throughout the whole process. He was honest, quick to respond and overall just a great guy. I would definitely recommend German Auto Group and I would request to work with Steve. Complete white glove service, very rare these days.

These guys robbed me on two separate occasions or tried to at least. When the two Palestinian guys are there I don’t have problems but when they aren’t there are always issues. Changed the oil and the fool didn’t reset the car. I went there to change a tail light that was out and brought the lights after changing my oil. The guy told me they couldn’t change it and that they think my SAM is out and that they need to run a diagnostic for $150! No way. I declined, went on YouTube and changed it myself in two minutes and now it’s working great. I had a leaky radiator and an issue with a sensor for my Airmatic suspension. They quoted me $1,900 and like an idiot I paid it. Later I did some research and found out the parts are like $300. They robbed me of $1,600! Turns out it wasn’t even the radiator but a hose that was only $40 fking at the dealership. The oil changes keep going up and up in price and last time I sat there for OVER 3 hours while people came and went and it was obvious me and my oil change were not a priority to them. Anyway, they used to be wonderful but now they’re just ripping people off! Better to go to the Mercedes Benz dealership. They charge the same if not a little bit more. Oil changes at the dealership are $180 but I’m in and out in an hour max and they check everything.
The owner, Sammy, contacted me and apologized and explained that advisor is not there anymore. He offered to correct things in the future. I had a couple conversations with him and they were busy and I will update further after I get done. For this call I am adding two stars to the one star I originally gave! Will update further.

My partner took his BMW here as there were several big issues with it that occurred suddenly in the morning on a week day. They performed a diagnostic & explained everything to him and He said they were the most knowledgeable mechanics he’s ever been to! My partner works on his own car almost every time and knows it like the back of his hand. He felt extremely trustworthy of them. Additionally, They offer amazing prices, very quick service since they are well staffed with many great mechanics. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. They had his vehicle done by early afternoon super impressive!

These guys are something else.
The worst ever.
Always trying to do extra stuff to get more money out of the client I called the other dayto see if they could install a part that I bought for my car and I was told that they need to by the part themselves.
Today I called an tried to get a quote to get the whole job done through them i even told them the issue per the BMW DEALERSHIP and was told that I need to bring the car in to inspect it to see what is wrong so i proceeded by explaining what was wrong per the BMW DEALERSHIPand i was told that they don't trust other people's opinion.
Wow worst customer service ever.
Wow just like the other guy that has the invoice for the work done at your shop and you guys told him to take it back to the dealership after you guys stiffed him wow great customer service you shouldn't be in business.
And I never asked for warranty I know that once a client brings In his en part there is o warranty on the work, it isn't my 1st rodeo.
And the dumb answer that you need to check it out and that you don't trust the opinion of others so like I said BMW TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND What NEEDED TO VE REPLACED.
SO BASICALLY YOU ARE SAYING THAT THE Mechanics At The DEALERSHIP ARE DUMMIES AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING???
YOU GUYS ARE FULL OF IT.

Recently brought my X3 here for a longstanding issue that stumped multiple BMW dealerships and other service centers who could also only find parts on back order for months. German Auto Group was extremely thorough and took the time to do their own investigation and kept me updated along the way. They were able to order the proper parts and made repairs in less than a week. The price was reasonable and provided significantly greater value than the dealership. My car is a prized possession and I felt comfortable with it in their hands. Highly recommend them and I will be a returning customer.

Brought my 2012 Mini Cooper S here after Passport Mini in Alexandria was trying to charge me almost 8K for leaking gaskets. After the assessment by the Passport I went to the German Auto shop in Alexandria, but was told that the mechanics who do work on engines were at the Springfield shop. Also Aaron, has great customer service by the way. So they drove my car there. German Auto charged 60 percent less than Passport and I know it was accurate because I spent hours researching how much the job would cost on YouTube. Sammy was really thorough explaining the repair. About to take my car back there again because the brake light and service light is now on. Good mechanics and honest.

$1700 quote to do a Valvetronic Eccentric Shaft Sensor Replacement and a pig-tail replacement for oil level sensor (was going to be replaced with a used one by their mechanic). I found a Valvetronic Eccentric Shaft Sensor Replacement kit for $370 FCP Euro, and a brand new pig-tail for $20. I guess parts and labor provided will make the car better than new, but I'll never find out.

Excellent service, cost, and timing. Brought my car in twice for different repairs and was able to get my car back the same day as service each time. If you go, make sure to ask for Tim!
