I want to share my exceptional customer service experience at Finish line inside of the Macys Springfield Mall. It was amazing, Vickie the store mgr. for Finish line was excellent, she has great customer service skills, and was willing to take her time and help me find the correct comfortable shoes for my mom that was handicap, she took her time and was very understanding. I will highly recommend on visiting this store. Thank you so much Vickie.

Just left Finish Line in Springfield where Britt the supervisor provided terrible customer service. When I walked into the store , the expression on her face told me she did not want me to bother her. So I avoided speaking to her and asked another employee to help me get a pair of sneakers for my 12 year old daughter.The first pair didn’t fit and she was the only one around at that time so I asked her for the next pair. And her expression again told me that she was busy and annoyed that I was bothering her(even though the store was empty.)My daughter liked those sneakers and walked out of the store wearing them. We walked about 10 minutes to the Children’s Place and she was fidgeting and telling me the shoes were too tight. We went back to Finish Line and Britt the supervisor told me they wouldn’t allow us to return the 100.00 pair of Nike sneakers because my daughter had worn them and that was their policy.I asked to speak with the person above her because my daughter had the sneakers on for 10 minutes and they were still perfectly new. That person tried but couldn’t reach their store manager and told me to try calling back tomorrow. So I lost 100.00 and l left feeling very disrespected by Britt’s attitude and service. I think Finish Line can do better.

The Store Manager Jessica and staff went above and beyond to help me with a purchase I had received in the mail. So I wouldn't have to send it back and wait for another 2 weeks for a replacement Jessica went to another store to fix the problem and make me Happy. You don't get too many store managers like her. I'm so grateful for her. I'm Happy that there is finally a Manager around who cares about her customers. Jessica will definitely get my business. I don't know how many ways I can say Thank you. But I'm forever Grateful and Thank you so much for your help.Roshawn Marshall

Update: after being hung up on and told she was unable to process the request and to call customer service, customer service fields the request and now we are waiting on customer service to call the store and do the same thing the store manager referred us to customer service for. This experience has taken over an hour of my time. This is ridiculous and inconsiderate. The store manager doesn't know what she can do in her own store.The store manager working on the morning of 1/9/2023 is the most rude individual I have ever dealt with in customer service. Her rudeness is unprecedented and is not professional in any manner whatsoever. I am amazed that they are employed and have the "power" to train people to be as rude as her.

The store manger at this location is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. In opinion she should be rewarded constantly for her straight forwardness and excellent work she does at this store. 5 Star +!!!!!

I have never had an experience with a store employee like I had with this bully working today. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes for the same one just half a size bigger and the super rude lady didn’t greet me or anything before saying “theres a scuff right there theres nothing we can do” after asking to exchange not return she got nasty and HOSTILE to the point of me asking her if I did something to upset her. I’ve never been talked to so digustingly. I’ve worked in retail for over 13 years and would never talk to a customer like that. You work in customer service sweetie. Try a new job if you don’t like working with CUSTOMERS. I filed a complaint with the DM too.

I been shopping at this finishline for a long time and it looks like they got a new manager her name tag said Jessica she kept on giving me these angry looks I did not feel comfortable and when I ask about for a size for a pair of Jordan 1 mids she was so rude like expecting me to know the sizes we have. The store was dusty and don’t expect the store manager to greet u nicely because she has attitude I just don’t want to step foot in that finishline anymore. There is no other finishline that had such bad costumer service.

I walked in today looking to buy some shoes and the manager was not welcoming at all. She had a face of disgust as customers came in. As I saw another customer trying to exchange shoes, she was completely rude towards the other customer and inconsiderate.

Stop by looking for the Hoya 6’s they didnt have ‘‘em but the manager came n promised me them in 3 days. Definitely the customer services that’s make you return for more purchases. Springfield mall location check ‘em out n the manager easy on the eyes 2!!!New shoe to the collection.

I usually shop online…for good reason. The only person in the store working Jessica was very rude while attempting to return something. I knew the policy had my receipt and was still spoken to like a child. Will not be back to this location again
