I was driving through the area and had items that I needed to drop off at a FedEx store, so I stopped into this location. The guy working behind the counter was very helpful and friendly and they were stocked with boxes and envelops that I needed to get my shipping done. Prices were fair, as they only charged for one box.
Overall, the visit was great… I would definitely return when in the area!

This is consistently the SLOWEST FedEx ever. They take about 15 minutes to ship one package and no one there can or does multitask. If you go, because it’s the one local, plan on spending AT LEAST 20 minutes to get 1 thing one. Just expedite the process. Shipping one thing should not take that long

It took 20 minutes for them to give me 2 packages. The clerk went to 3 different check out stations stating my packages are in different systems?? while also assisting people who came in after me

They were great for me to ship the more expensive items that I sell online for two years but I went this past Sunday and a new employee tried to tell me the cheapest option for shipping a small 10in tablet was $145. Ive shipped several of these over the years there even to Washington and California and it was never more than $35ish. I made eye contact and motioned to a couple of established other employees there and kept repeating that I didn't think $145 was the cheapest option and they offered no help and avoided the guy like he was the plague. I tried telling him I think he got something wrong and he kept snapping at me to the point I was like forget it and went to USPS. I'm going to just stick to going to USPS from now on, that guy was mean and had no idea how to do his job. I also went online after to check the shipping prices and I was right, the cheapest option was about $33. Ridiculous. His name was Ali I believe.

I give this place zero stars I tried getting my sons picture taken for a passport foto and the Hispanic man straight up said take him somewhere else I don’t have the patience’s horrible service

This Fedex is a hit or miss it depends on who is helping you
I have a small business and I come to this FedEx at least three times a week
If John is there you always get the best treatment/VIP
May nothing cross you with Carlos cause he will let you wait forever with a horrible attitude, even if your service will cost less than 10 seconds
So if you coming to this FedEx, avoid Mr. Carlos
For him time doesn’t matter and even if it is a small request, he will wait and make you wait and its does not matter your urgency

Worse customer service!Associate Kevin was trying to sell boxes for returning items while I received my parcel in FeDEx plastic bag. Also, disregarded to provide plastic bag as well.

My brother asked me to pick up a package for him to save him some time during his workday, and as it turns out they wouldn't release it to me despite having the order number, and the same last name that's on the order, because apparently they will only release it to the name on the order.Therefore my brother has to waste time coming all the way here to get it. I'll tell him never to use FedEx again if he can help it.

If you’re shipping something, go to Mr. Peter. I was stressed about sending some things home, and he made it so easy. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!!! So pleasant and easy!

Poor customer service!! There was only one customer in the store and all the employees were just looking at us standing in line, not helping when we obviously needed help. Waited for 15 min for no reason!! Totally understandable if they were busy with customers.Edit: It was a simple package drop off!!! Took the lady literally 1 min to process the return after we waited all that time. Very inefficient.
