Nothing but great things to say about the loan rates & service NextMark offers which were the lowest I could find anywhere time and time again. discrimination is the worst feeling to have and today I witness this for the first time in my life I opened up account over the phone. Amazing gentleman helped me and I was going to put a deposit in the account in Springfield, Virginia. Location and I discussed with this branch manager at that location that I wanted to get a checking account 50+ checking account and she kept pushing me into getting another acount. I did not request to be in that account. Then she start looking at my drivers license and my Social Security card making me feel so uncomfortable looking at my identification so many times, then she was having me repeat where I worked, and how to spell that name when it was right there clearly in her face . The branch managers name is I believe LhynThe branch managers name is she was so rude to me and I told her how uncomfortable I was using a very calm voice. I told her that you are making me feel so uncomfortable is if I did something wrong. I told her how I felt very discriminating against. Then she said that she’s ending this conversation and I had to leave and I could not believe that had happened to me just because I told her that I’m feeling like you’re discriminating me, stay clear from this branch because I don’t want this to happen to you

Odilia went behond expectations I can't be grateful enough for the accuracy, help, and great customer service she provided. I don't like the bank much because it doesn't have as many branches as others but it compensates with the great customer service they provide which is hard to find in other. Highly recommend ?
