Do not order online and expect to pick up the same day even if you order before 3pm like the website states. The managers will take no responsibility for the orders not being fulfilled.

Placed an online order for pickup at this store. We arrive to the store to pick up the order as we say our name the staff look at each other and giggle. 5 min later they tell us the order isn't in store because someone already purchased it. How is it possible a paid for online order is available for other customers to purchase it. Obviously they messed up and can't admit it. Total professionalism. Oh and this whole encounter was with the manager.

Very helpful people working there. Helped me out to find an outfit for a certain occasion. The store looks very different from when I last visited a year ago. Seemed very organized and professional.

Today I had a really bad experience at this store, I got to the door at 7:50 because I knew they close at 8:00 after driving 30 min the door was close already, at the door it was an employee opening the door for a customer to get out of the store, I told her that I only have to return something and that the store closes at 8:00 and it wasn’t 8:00 yet and she just said that all registers are close already and they can’t help me, I even told her is not time yet for the store to be close and she didn’t care, she just said again the register is already close, it’s so sad that a drove over an hour wasting my time when the store was suppose be open, NO COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL”

It's okay. All the clothes are expensive and I don't know why. The style that's on display is somewhat "clean", but most of the looks are typical and you're able to find them at Old Navy or Khols. They also don't carry a lot of sizes for larger or taller people. With that being said, the staff was nice, willing, and eager to help you find your desired product. I'd shop there again, but not often. I don't have bread like that.

OMG ?. Worst experience ever! If someone cannot work in customer service place why even bother!!I went with my son to buy his graduation suit and I bought the whole outfit with the accessories including the belt. I asked the associate if she has one size down in one of the black belts and she said all what we hang there is what we have. In other words , she told me to go look for one your self ! I went there with my son until we found one. At the check out , my total was more than $600 and I asked her if she can cut the plastic hanger of the belt so he can use it. All the three associates on the cashier said at the same time said : customer has to do it ! Like seriously ?. You don’t have scissors ✂️ in stores to open the boxes or the new merchandise!Express stores please watch out! You need better employees with better customer services. I will never come back again at all! You mess up even my happiness of my son graduation ??

walked into express to browse and possibly cancel an order but an employee named Martina was very rude when asked. she responded very rudely and seemed like she did not want to help my girlfriend and i at all… this is outrageous!

Been to this store three times this Christmas season during mall hours and it is closed! Every other store is open… Express Corporate, please look into this management practice when reviewing the seasons retail profits.
