I’m so disappointed in this business and it’s unfortunate because it is so conveniently located for me. There are so many issues that I’m struggling with where to start. First, I’ve been to this shop about 10 times and it has been consistently filthy each time that I visited. I had hoped that they would get their act together with regard to cleanliness but they never did. The technician I used each time was “Bella”. The service I have received from her has been consistently rude at its worst and aloof at its best. I was referred to this shop by a friend and Bella even had the nerve to say (in a very aggravated manner) under her breath while doing my nails, “ I can’t believe that “name omitted” keeps referring all her friends here. What business gets angry when Customers refer other Customers??? It was after this episode that I threw in the towel and refused to return. The quality of the manicures and dipping powder were pretty good but not good enough to put up with her foolishness. They did manage to screw up my friend’s pedicure to the point that she had to go to a podiatrist because of a rash related to their service. Save your time and money and stay away from this place. The negative reviews about this business are real!

Daisy does a good job, but the manager lady is not so good. Place has cute decor but customer service needs improvement. There is an older gentleman there (I didn’t catch his name), but I would not recommend letting him do a pedi or mani.

I never have a bad experience when I come here. Daisy always does an amazing job with my pedicure. I have went to several nail salons, and this by far is the best place I have been to. I have decided to wait it out anytime I need a pedicure, rather than going anywhere else. Trust me this place is worth the hype.

I wanted a colorful summertime mani/pedi so i picked the inspiration of the pastel candy buttons from childhood. I got 5 colors coordinated between the toes and french tipped fingers. The nail technician Daisy even repaired two of my broken nails before doing the nail gel polish. The nails turned out perfectly as how I imagined them in my mind! So cute and I love them! I tried to take a photo for the review but none of them did the nails justice.I left off one star just because there isn't a gel mani/pedi combo price so it was a little more expensive than I thought it would be. I went $30 over budget. But still, I was overall very happy with the service and how Daisy understood my vision for what I wanted my nails to look like.Services: Pedicure

It's been twice now that I've went and the older man in there has dealt with my nails. The first time I requested to have them redone into a square shape but he was rough throughout the whole process. It was like he was in a rush so I thought maybe it was just that particular day. The nails looked deformed so I actually had to go home to clean up the shape. The second time I had to get the same nails removed but once again, the whole process was crazy and I was in fear of my cuticle because I kept getting grazed by the machine. Nice but I Won't be going back.

I really like the services here. I went in for a pedicure and the lady did a great job and took her time and was very nice. My pedicure lasted about 3 weeks or so. Prices are reasonable. Nice clean place.

Terrible service. They don’t listen or respect how customer wants nails done. As a customer, I pay them to do my nails the way I want them done. I didn’t ask them for advice. Both the tech and the owner were So rigid and keep complaining in their language. I told them I don’t want my nails filed because I had a manicure a few days ago & didn’t want them to get short but they keep arguing with me and told me to go do it somewhere else. What a great way to lose a potential customer. I’ve been having my nails done for decades and they want to tell me what to do with my nails.

I came in for a pedicure and they took me right away. Dan is amazing and kept my feet looking like perfection. I would definitely recommend Dan for any pedicures. Will for sure go back. I paid $70 +tip. The $70 included the basic pedicure with callus treatment and I added the paraffin wax. I'm definitely coming back here! I attached the pedicure price list.

They are rough and no manners specially the front desk. I have an inflame toe because this guy kept digging on the sides of my nail. I will see if the pain goes away if not I will have to visit the doctor.

While I was a frequent patron of this establishment for many years; however, the constant price hikes are getting ridiculous! $25 for eyebrow waxing is absurd. When Ivy left, I was very apprehensive and held off getting my eyebrows done the but Cathy and Helen are really good too! The clientele did not drop when Ivy left. In fact it appeared to increase. They'd just raised it to $20 year before last. It's not worth it in addition to the number of growing negatives at the salon.
