I had to write a review because this was the first time I’ve had terrible customer service from an edible arrangement store. My mother placed an order for my birthday arrangement on Dec 1. I arrived at the store to pick up on Dec 19 (which is my bday) and the store was closed. No one informed me or my mom but yet they charged her for the order. When I called customer service all they could say to me was sorry and refunded my moms money however it takes 3-5 days for her to get money back.

Jasmine provided AMAZING service for me today! I placed an order this morning to be delivered to my fiancée’s office and then called to ask it could be delivered during normal business hours, which for them is a little earlier than the ‘5 PM’ mentioned on Edible Arrangement’s website for businesses. I knew it couldn’t be guaranteed but asked for help anyway, and she said they could make it happen. Flash forward a couple hours and I find out that they are closing the office early due to it being a holiday weekend - so I called the store back in a bit of a panic to ask if there was anything they could do. Jasmine got in touch with the driver and then called me back immediately to say they could have it to him 30 minutes later! I was blown away by the service and accommodation provided, given that I’m the one who screwed up with a late order on the Friday of a long holiday weekend. THANK YOU so much to Jasmine and the entire team at the Springfield location for making this happen, I am beyond grateful to you for making this a special day for us. You’re the best! Highly, highly recommend this team and location for a beautiful fresh arrangement and outstanding customer service.

Springfield MO store on Battlefield, horrible customer service. Forgot add ons and chocolate falling off of the fruit when it arrived.

Attention to detail is not practiced here. If something is not available then don't just substitute it for something else without consulting your customer. This particular location needs assistance.

I recently visited the Edible Arrangements store on Backlick Rd in Springfield, VA, and had a wonderful experience. Aisha, the kind lady at the front, went above and beyond to ensure I left with the perfect arrangement. She was incredibly sweet, rewrapping and adding fresh fruit to the ready-made arrangement I purchased. A big thank you to Aisha for her outstanding customer service! I'll definitely be returning to this location for my future edible arrangement needs.

received a basket that where some of the fruit had gone bad and was sour. tried returning to the store but could not be replaced.ended up telling them to throw it away

I recently had an issue with my order and called the store to address it with the manager. He handled it quickly and professionally with no haggling. Five stars if there wasn't an issue to begin with.

I received a delivery on Monday at around 3pm, today is Wednesday around 12noon and all the strawberries are rotten, honeydew & cantalope melon are all slimy.I called the store and was told that "the shelf life is typically about 2-3 days".No apology no nothing, what a very disappointing way to conduct business.Needless to say, I had to notify the sender of this experience

Waited 10min for an employee to come to the front so I could pick up my order. I shouted hello a half dozen times to get someone's attention but finally had to call the store so that someone would come out front. I guess they couldn't hear me over the video they were watching in the back.

Great service! I recommend placing your order in advance. I ordered white chocolate covered strawberries for a friend, and she loved them! Although not a fan of white chocolate, the strawberries were beautiful, fresh, and tasty.

They don't deserve the one star that i'm giving them. Nasty, rude and poor customer service. Placed an online order, they never delivered the items. Never did get a direct answer to why it wasn't. I talked to two different customer service reps, both were rude and hung up on me. I warn other consumers to stay away from this business, I definitely will not be patronizing them ever again!

I always get great cookies from this location. The people are always super friendly and helpful and they prepare my orders really fast. I'll be back.

The customer service is excellent. The store associate made excellent suggestions to me after I gave him an idea of what I wanted to do. My fiance also loved the items I bought. If you desire to be romantic, this is the place to go. Loved it.
