Echo is concerned about the safety of clients and volunteers given the events surrounding the Coronavirus. We are currently providing all services to clients that are vaccinated and limited non-contact services to clients that are not vaccinated.
Ecumenical Community Helping Others, better known as ECHO, is an all-volunteer, charitable, non-profit organization that provides financial assistance, food and referral to other services to people in short-term emergencies; and provides donated clothing, household items and school supplies for families with low income. ECHO serves an area within boundaries set by Fairfax County’s Office of Health and Human Services that can generally be described as the Burke and Springfield areas of the county.
