Neena, at the Cardinal Plaza CVS in Springfield, Virginia, is always helpful and pleasant. She should be commended for exceptional customer service.

Terrible customer service. The cashier was slow and rude. Coupon print machine was turned off. Asked if I could print my coupons prior to purchasing and was told that I didn’t have any coupons, which was a farce, I saw her look at the coupons that printed and top one said 35% off one item. Purchase the item, receipt prints and lo and behold there’s the 35% off. Asked why she didn’t tell me, no answer. Wanted to return the item and purchase with the coupon. Told me she couldn’t do that. Last time I’m purchasing anything from this store

I've had numerous problems filling prescriptions here. Usually this causes a substantial delay in receiving my medications. Ultimately I stopped going there despite them being within waking distance of my residence.

Long wait times, incompetent and surly staff. Avoid at all costs.

went to CVS for a RSV vaccine for two 72 year olds. CVS ordered 2 vaccines for pregnant women. We have mobility issues and CVS utterly failed us.

Please choose kindness. People deserve to be treated with empathy. Think about how you would want a family member or loved one to be treated.

Had an oral surgery at 7:00am and the prescriptions from the dentist office were confirmed by this phamarcy at 7:24am. When my husband went there to pick up, he was told there was no my prescriptions record. He thought he may have gone to the wrong one and then drove to another CVS on OKM road at Burke. And that pharmacy checked the system and found out my prescription was sent to this pharmacy. When my husband returned to the store, the staff finally found my prescriptions, but only gave 4 of three 5 prescriptions without a word mentioning another one was on hold. My husband was working online and didn’t check the bags. That is the most important one to reduce my pain. When we found out, we tried to call, but their phone kept saying “the store is temporarily closed” from 11:00am to 4:00pm. I checked cvs app and no information about the my 5th prescription. My very kind mom in law drove to the store around 4:00pm, but she was m told that the prescription won’t be ready until next morning, 9:00am. I won’t use this pharmacy anymore!

Salma and Aya Elhabibi are two of the most unprofessional "pharmacists" I have ever come across. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Pharmacy staff here continue to astonish. Pharmacy checkout woman seemed so stoned she could barely understand words or even walk. Pharmacy supervisor "too busy" to speak with anyone - she flat-out ignored me while staring at her computer. This pharmacy is a joke.

2nd time CVS refuses to give the vaccines I am looking for. Not happy with this. Wish you would update the policies more clearly

The pharmacy team here is pretty awful. They reshelved my daughter’s critical medication that’s in very low supply before the deadline so I had to wait several more months to get it. No reason why it was reahelved and no apology. They’ve given me blatant incorrect information about two medications I was taking. I also saw them gaslight a poor gentlemen who was called to come pick up his medication however the tech had mistakenly called the wrong person. The pharmacist kept saying “no one called you so you’re just going to have come back.” He’s insisting that someone called and finally this tech chimes in saying that she had called him by mistake. The pharmacist never apologized and just moved on to the next person. I won’t bore you with any more encounters but I would stay away from this pharmacy.

I've never had a 'great' experience with a CVS until now. A mix-up with a prescription (from the doctor's end) left us without a life-saving medication for our 3-month-old after getting discharged from the hospital and right before the pharmacy was closing. Selma and Paul (and one other woman who left before I could get her name) stayed late to help get it sorted out while I was on the phone with our doctor. After a terrible week with an ill baby, their patience and professionalism was incredible and I can't thank them enough for being flexible and helpful in a moment of panic for my family.

Absolutely the WORST. The pharmacy is a joke. Both prescriptions "out of stock". Customer service is abysmal...esp one of the employees at the drop off counter. Never again.

How annoying to visit and not be able to even get to what you want to look at because the two people working are just standing around talking (and not about work). Then one vanished and the other stands back and just watches, telling people to use the self checkout. Seriously just watched - she was leaning on a fixture until the guy was having issues with the item not ringing up right.
