went in looking for a syringe, found it to be more helpful to look online than ask a staff member but overall they are a good store and the staff are kind and the store is clean.

I came here to pick up to bag of taqui chips as part of an Uber eats order. I looked around and couldn’t find it, so I asked one of their employee, a young black woman, where they might be. Her attitude was condescending as she said “It’s over there” giving me a thousand yard stare as if I was supposed to know when it was my first time there. Nevertheless I just told her thanks and began looking for the chips, which I did manage find. As I was looking for the flavor the customer requested I hear, “The chips are over there!” This grabs the whole stores attention and suddenly everyone’s looking at me weirdly. Me, having social anxiety, was so panicked and confused at the moment as I began to look where she was pointing. Then she facepalms and says “No, over there!” Once again and I start moving further away from the actually spot of chips I was supposed to grab… After unsuccessfully finding the chips she directed me to, I go back to my original spot I looked in and find the chips…This isn’t really a big deal, but I didn’t appreciate her rudeness and attitude. She made me looked dumb, and didn’t even say sorry or anything when I told her I was in the right spot just ignored me.Please teach them how to be courteous and respectful because that was a pretty bad experience I must say, but it is what it is.

The other reviewers are right about the slow checkout. 3 stars because they had the medication I needed in stock, but I’ll still get my regular prescriptions from my normal cvs. Additional, the line management is terrible, no markings or signs, people trying to cut in line, some credit back to them because occasionally the customers are argumentative, confused, or no id.

Whenever I am in the Springfield area I always swing by here to grab a couple of my favorite candles and snacks. The customer service is always pleasant and welcoming. Not a bad experience wherever I roll through here.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would, they are entirely unhelpful, there is always a line with only one cashier working and all the pharmacists standing around trying not to make eye contact with their customers. No one ever speaks English.

Standing in the drop off window for 15 minutes, only to be told they will be closing in 3 minutes. The staff can see us but choose to ignore us until it was close to the closing time. Do not waste your time in this pharmacy. Go somewhere else! I would have been okay being told they do not accept prescription anymore because they will be closing in 15 minutes.

Dumpy. And went for something urgent at 6 AM and there was a handwritten sign that it was closed from 6-7… so much for 24 hours. Was in an urgent situation and wasted 30 minutes. Avoid and go to a nicer location

I was having an emergency and needed to get something and they were closed from 6-7am with a handwritten sign on the doors when they’re supposed to be 24hrs. They’re the only 24 hr store in the area. Also, this place is just consistently terrible

The customer service at the pharmacy counter is extremely inefficient and slow. The customer lines are always long, and the staff always has difficulty in finding a prepared prescription and appears indifferent to the long line of waiting customers. We shall have future prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Terrible service at pharmacy. Out of 6 pharmacists, only 1 is at the register, to take prescriptions or pick up. Waited 30 min when I was only 5th in line. Rediculous. Wouldn't go there but for the fact that the one at Target was out of the meds I needed.

Last week I visited this place and at first everything seemed fine but when it was time to pay I had to wait in a long line but what I disliked the most is that I was able to observe a racist act towards a Hispanic person from my point of view They should treat people with the same respect regardless of race because as customers we deserve respect.

There isn’t a time of day you can come to this CVS and not have to wait 30 minutes to pick up your prescriptions. Worth it to drive somewhere else if you can.

Terrible experience! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I want to emphasive the cashiers and people working with customers were very easy to work with and pleasant, however they seem to be understaffed as the line is ALWAYS 20 minute wait for pick up.The pharmacy staff are unpleasant and unhelpful. I have heard them yell at customers who call in, are unable to communicate effectively and make the process 10x harder than it should be.In my most recent experience my doctor sent in a perscription I have been taking in 1 month doses for over 7 months. Now when I called a few weeks after I my doctor put in the prescription to check if it was ready, I was told it was not ready but that they had the prescription and were working on it.About a week later I went into the store on a friday to check on it and was told that the medication was rejected by my insurance and that it required prior approval by my doctor. So I called my doctor that evening and asked them to call insurance to approve it.The next tuesday my doctor calls to tell me that they gave the approval and insurance told them it was good to run. Following this, I called CVS and tell them the doctor gave approval and insurance said to run it. They tell me again it was rejected and required prior approval. I asked them if there could be any error as I have been assured it was good. They told me, no my doctor must not have given prior approval. I asked them to call insurance and see if they could tell them the issue as I am being told its ok. They said they would call, and then called me back 2 minutes later saying they were on hold and couldnt reach anyone and I would need to call them myself. The next day (wednesday) I called insurance and they said yes they have recieved prior approval but also the medication DID NOT REQUIRE APPROVAL, and said they had no history of the pharmacy submitting it at all. I went to the pharmacy that day and told them what my insurance told me and again without looking into it, they tried to tell me it was being rejected. I then called insurance in front of them and the pharmacist asked me to conference her in. While waiting for the call to be conferenced she finally saw that there was an issue in their system. She tried to rush and tell me it was fixed and that it was my fault because I must have changed my insurance. I told her that my insurance has not changed since they charged it the previous month and she continued to argue until telling me it was an issue with how it was an issue in her system.I explained to her that this entire process was extremely stressful and drawn out because they refused to check to see if they had the right information. I went weeks without my prescription filled (I had literally taken the last one the day they finally fixed this), Was not notified of the initial issue when they recieved it or ran it the first time, was given bad information, led on a wild goose chase, and then blamed for THEIR problem.THIS CVS IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
