I’m here almost weekly and I am never disappointed. Wilmae, Jefry and their crew do phenomenal work every time. Not only is my clothing expertly cleaned and pressed, but it’s always ready quickly and the customer service is excellent. They are always friendly, greet you with a smile, and no job is seemingly too difficult. Highest recommendation, and very happy to have this branch of Crest Advanced Dry Cleaners as a staple of our West Springfield/Burke community.

I am looking for a reliable, quality dry cleaning service provider. This is my first time trying Crest. Staff seems to friendly and knowledgeable. My clothes were ready when promised. All items were cleaned and returned in good order. The text and email notifications are a plus. My rub is Crest forces you to use a credit card. No cash is accepted. This is a big minus for me. This is why 3 stars instead of 5 (customer service). Payment type should be the customer’s choice. Thanks.

I got a suit dry cleaned for about $21. I called to get the price and asked about the pickup/dropoff service from my house and it's FREE! I just needed to create an account online, put my items in some type of bag with a note with "For Crest" on it and my name and phone number matching my online account contact info.
The driver texted me the morning of my pickup, but I let them know I wasn't ready yet so they texted again the next delivery day (twice a week) and then they came and picked it up. It was dropped off a few days later nicely cleaned and pressed without any coordination. They hung it on my doorknob in a reusable garment bag. I need to get an over the door hook so my clothes don't touch the ground.
