Doctor Oei was professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend scheduling with him and would return for a future visit. I scheduled an appointment right as they opened and from forms, to exam, to payment, all it took was 30 minutes.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Costco eye exams and was a little hesitant on booking, BUT this location was hands down the BEST experience at an eye doctor’s office ever and could not see myself going anywhere else. The doctor and staff answered all my questions and were very friendly with prices you cannot beat.
I had my eye exam, contact exam, and had my eyes dilated for a fraction of the cost I would’ve paid elsewhere. 100000/10 I recommend.

The optical managers William and Mary Anne are super helpful! On the first day, I had some insurance issue when I purchased glasses (from a different employee) for my son and I was told that I need to get reimbursement from my insurance. When I called the insurance the next day, I was told that they don't reimburse customers and I need to go back to Costco to get them to to send the order through to insurance. So I called Costco and William was super helpful and arranged for all the instruction and paperwork. When I went to Costco, he was about to go off work and Mary Anne helped to resolve the issue. And that saved me a lot of $!

Johana was so sweet and helpful and she is bilingual! She definitely provided a 5 star customer service. This is the first time I have this experience at a Costco!

Very rude customer service. The staff helping me his name is Mohammed. I had trouble understood his accent but i was very nice and patient with him. He didn't want to communicate with customers, not willing to answer the questions or solve the problem. I only got my glasses from Costco, Springfield for years but he couldn't find me on the system. He turned out to be irritated by not able to find customer's name on his own system? He did gave me an attitude while I didn't push him or anything. I hope the manager could read this review. and improve the customer service. I saw other staffs are being very friendly. I will not go to his station anymore next time.

Great staff to work with. I worked with Alice and she was wonderful. She helped me find just the right glasses and was able to get them to fit my face and head very well. Suggested glasses I would not have considered but looked much better on my face than anything I would have picked out myself. Great prices and not worth paying 2-3 times the price at another optical location. The glasses have been excellent and I have had them for about 6 months. Will be coming back for my next pair, and hopefully be working with Alice.

Costco optical in Springfield has got to be the best optical department ever!! Everyone is super helpful and go out of their way to get what you need done. Dont be fooled by the busy optical lines- they move fast. Mostly because the optical department associates are always greeting you and asking you what your needs are. I have been getting my contacts and glasses for over 4 yrs now and its been the same team at this location. They are all wonderful but my most recent visit was with Andrew. I was a little stressed about a contact issue I had and he solved it for me in about 10mins! He was the reason why I wrote this review. If I could give 20 stars I would :) Thank you Costco Optical for being so awesome!!

Costco it is, great products and pricing! Talk about rewards! If you want a quality items and food then this is the place. It's not about the price, but their price is unbeatable. The quality is amazing and their services is top notch. Get the executive membership as it's worth every penny and it makes itself free over the time. I can't say enough and you will know once you are shopping there... Enjoy...

I was at this Costco on Friday morning. The Customer service staff was rude. Not sure if it was because there was only one person working for the service. However, the person made my morning suck. I asked a question and the only answer I heard back was "it doesn't matter," which even I could guess. Hope to see a better attitude befitting to customer service position the next time.

Love this place, we go at least once a week. For the most part great staff, I guess after 10 years they almost feel like family.
