He is my go to mechanic. I never felt pressure to get additional work done. He is a little further than my near my gas station mechanic, but anytime I need anything more than an oil change, such as brakes, 60,000 mile inspection, timing belt, I go to him.Service: Brakes

I recently took my older car to Commonwealth for an oil change and checkup. Raul explained everything and quickly communicated when there was an issue with a repair to a belt. Excellent customer service and focus on quality. Fair and reasonable pricing, and timely service. I plan to take my vehicle back to Commonwealth for routine and special maintenance services.

Raul and his team are AMAZING!!! I went to the dealership where I purchased my car and had my car serviced. They called and recommended that I get certain things done. I declined and took it to Raul at Commonwealth and not only did I not need the recommendations of the dealership, they did not report a major repair that I needed that could have caused an accident if not replaced. Raul showed me exactly the problem, the plan, and solution to fix. I reported everything to the manager of the previous dealership and he acknowledged and confirmed their mistake. I will not go to any other shop any more. Raul and his team have my business for life.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I went to this place for the first time last Friday, and it’s amazing!!! Raul and his team are very friendly, professional and excellent people. I began using Commonwealth Garage after moving to VA 2.5 years ago and have not gone anywhere else since. In my 20+ years of driving this is the repair garage I have always wanted to find! Despite being a 20+ minute drive from my current home - I know a good thing when I've found it and still go there for all maintenance and repairs. Raul and his team are trustworthy and friendly. Truly appreciative for them all and would highly recommend.

Commonwealth Garage is the place to take your car. I have been a customer for the past six years. This is the only shop I trust to work on my Mercedes C300 & Honda Accord.
