Super helpful and friendly staff. I needed a slab to finish a project, they were able to find what I needed, do the milling, and even cut in down to size for no additional charge. Would highly recommend!

Price may be high but the convenience for me, and their outstanding service outweighs some of that price. Today I picked up a 4‘ x 8‘ sheet of Baltic birch and they cut it down to size at no extra charge. I’ve also use their milling services to flatten large glue ups like table tops.

Great source for woodworking projects. Wood of all kinds, bits, hardware, glue. Not a big box, specialized in fine woodworking. Also great source for non traditional wood and raw edge slabs. Plus, they carry Saw Stop and all sorts of router, shaper and other cutting heads. Far better than you will find in most big box.

This company purchased over 40k of material and equipment from me. I think they paid around 3k of that debt. That was almost three years ago. This companies owner is a miserable person who will lie straight to your face. I know there aren’t a lot of fine hardwood companies in the area, but this company is rotten to its core. Oh, and they also stole my client list by hacking into my email.

Decent selection of hardwoods including some really cool hard to find varieties. That's the good part. The rest is kind of a mess: 1. They charge a 3% credit card fee. If you decide to pay by check to avoid said fee it's like the inquisition ("who's check is this? I need to make a copy with your ID", "what's your phone number?"). Dude: you seriously think I'm going to buy a bunch of wood from you and bounce a check? Seriously, high crime alert! Is this a common problem with this kind of business? I'd gladly use a credit card but I'm not paying the fee. 2. Good luck getting someone to help you. They're mostly hanging in an office or out helping people with small "toy" projects (looking for little pieces here and there). When I finally got someone to help it was another inquisition: "You can't cut these pieces on the job site?" It literally says all over the shop "straight cuts are free." Also, since I don't drive a mega sized work truck -- no, I can't fit 10-12 foot boards in my car! That's why I'm here, to get some boards with a couple of cuts! In summary: zero customer service, but good selections and wood varieties. Just temper your expectations going in. And word of advice: bring cash or be prepared for the credit card surcharge.

I purchased the wrong size Russian plywood and Felix helped me swap it out. Very efficient operation. Plus, they have a great selection of hardwood and great prices. No more big box store wood for me!
