“I purchased the Flagship Package Interior and Exterior this morning for Flagship West Springfield to clean my SUV. It was a mild sunny day, and the facility was a little busy. The service was excellent from start to finish. The lady who greeted me upon arrival (I later learned her name is Beth) and began the process by marking the inside windshield is very pleasant and welcoming. She is who any owner would want at the front end of a competitive business that serves the public. All of dozen or so workers who cleaned the interior, carpet, dash, seats, air vents, inside windows, mats, and did the wipe down at the end of the process were attentive and professional at their jobs. My SUV was spotless and looked terrific when they were done. One of the men doing the wipe down actually was a manager named Francisco (I asked for his name; he has worked in this location since the Embassy Car Wash days), and he was most courteous and pleasant to chat with a bit. I will definitely patronize this Flagship facility again. It was a good experience. Yes, I have read the critical reviews here, but I did not see anything to complain about during my visit.Services: Vacuuming”

“Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.”

“Kind of pricey but they did a good job. They really brought my car back to life as best they could. There was some stains on the leather seats that I know they couldn't have gotten out but they did a great job. They're also some very specific instructions I gave them regarding removing stickers from the windshield, some stickers but not all. They follow these instructions without flaw. I'll probably come back here every 6 months or so for a good detailing.”

“Just exceptional results. I paid for the Yates signature interior and exterior automotive detail which went for $250. Dropped it off at 6:30am and it was ready at 6:30pm. The car looks immaculate - I'm tempted to say better than new but I'll stop short. The care that was put into cleaning and dressing everything is obvious and well executed. Not a single streak, not a single hard water drop. Just gleaming paint, windows, rubber and metal. A very satisfied customer!”

“Amazing experience!Prices are great for car wash.I chose the MAX car wash. Went through once and they spot cleaned my car with a hose and then I went through the wash. Noticed my car was still dirty, I went inside the gas station and let them know. The two ladies at the front were very nice and told me to just go back through again and let the attendant know. The attendant made it a point to hit some spots on my car with their hose before I went through a second time. No extra charge. I asked about my Matt's getting cleaned and they cleaned them, no extra charge and.I vacuumed my car and decided to do the wash Shampoo but the pump wasn't working and the brush was very dirty so I didn't want to use it. A man came out with a brush and cleaner and cleaned each of my seats thoroughly and we worked together to get some very stubborn stains out of my front seat. He held conversation with me and was super nice. He even paid for some of the time with the vacuum that we used while cleaning.He did all this at no extra charge and when I went to tip him, he refused to take it and just asked me to leave a review. So here it is! ?You guys were great and went above and beyond.Thank you again!”

My car was extremely dirty (months of pollen buildup and bird p*** from being parked outside), I got the most basic wash for $12, and when I left it was totally spotless. They definitely did a better job than other car washes I’ve been to, I like that there’s people working on your car at the beginning and end (not just a machine).”
