I want to say thank you to Scott and the Capital Car Care team. My family has been a long time customer and always received excellent service that was fair and honest. Yesterday (9/3/24) my 2006 Scion Xb driver's side rocker panel plastic cover started to popoff and under it you could see rust, a hole. I went to Capital for advise on a body shop and after a quick talk with Scott regarding the plan for how much longer I planned to keep the Scion, a few more years, and its worth, a thousand or two tops, Scott came up with a very simple solution. He found areas of good metal/no rust and drilled a screw to hold the plastic panel in place and the car is now looking good. All his expertise, time, and effort were for "no charge" I cannot thank him enough. He has confirmed why I'll be a customer for life.

I visited this business for an engine oil change. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was less than welcoming. The attendant appeared somewhat annoyed by my presence and seemed in a hurry to see me off. This made me feel as though my older model car might not have been up to their preferred standards.

Excellent service. CCC replaced front brake pads and rotor on warranty as they had replaced the same items in 2021. No charge for the front brake rotors and pads.Services: Auto brake repair

Capital Car Cate to the rescue again! It appears some rodents made a meal of my electrical wiring this time. Issue was diagnosed immediately and repaired in no time! The even fed and entertained me while my car was being repaired! What a great trustworthy place. If I was a younger person, I would love to work there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I bring all my vehicles here for service. Never had a bad experience. The customer service is wonderful, the mechanics are knowledgeable and I will not go anywhere else. I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Lauren and the team at Capital Car Care!In a nearby parking lot, my car got stuck on one of those parking blocks and my front splash shield panel came undone... dragging on the pavement. I was in a panic since I had run a half mile just to get to Capital Car Care. When I got there, a gentleman told me to bring in the car and that he would be happy to put my car on a lift because it was an easy fix.And after 10 min, the car was good to go -- at no charge!Going forward, I'm happy to bring my car to Capital Car Care since I know the type of honest and neighborhood business that they run. Thank you guys!

If you are on the outlook for a reliable and honest garage for your car needs look no further! For someone who spent months sifting through multiple mechanics, I have to say Capital Car Care was the best experience I have ever had and will be going there to service all three of my cars! The pricing is very fair and they're transparent for what repairs your car needs and if there are any issues you should address. The wait isn't long, but If you do need to wait there is a nice shopping plaza right around the corner!
