I am a plus size girl and didn’t think the store would have anything for me to try on. But I ended up finding an awesome dress which fit. I got all the feelings they talked about and started to cry. So I said yes to the dress!Since I wasn’t planning to buy a dress that day I didn’t have an entourage with me. Thank goodness for the wedding consultant, Najoua. She was so lovely. Sweet personality. She even let me hug her at the end. Recommend you ask for her when you make your appointment.”

“Compared to the party city in Springfield VA, this place is clean and the staff is nice. The only con is I ordered balloons with a solution that was supposed make them last longer but they started to deflate within 12 hours.”

He explained how to choose good quality diamonds and bands while showing lots of examples from his vast collection. We were able to customize all aspects of our rings to get exactly what my wife had always dreamed of. “I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this place is worth one! This place may seem small but the staff have large hearts. Their selection is amazing, well made, and truly deserves the title boutique. I truly wanted to to yes to one of the amazing dresses that only seemed to get better, but I couldn’t without having the chance to show my mother. I didn’t want to spoil my future fiancés (he pulled a ring from the safe) plans to ask my parents shortly so I perhaps the dress I wanted will be there when the time is right and it will be meant to be!”

“I booked an appt to shop the sample sale and I am so glad I did! First off, great atmosphere and set-up for displaying and trying on the dresses. There were also snacks and beverages available (didn't get that at the other 2 places I went). Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff - but not pushy. The booking fee was much less than the other places I went. I found my dress here during the sample sale and got it more than 60% off (other places were offering 20ish% off for samples). I am so thrilled with my dress, and the whole experience was great. There were a lot of little cute touches that Ellie's provided too - like the signs and a backdrop for photos, gifts after purchase. Loved it!”

“I went to Zoya’s with my best friend to watch her try on wedding dresses. This was the 7th store we went to and we had the most incredible experience. Zoya was so knowledgeable, helpful and really cared about our experience and helping my friend find the perfect dress. I wish I had gone here when I was looking for a wedding dress! “An exceptional experience at a fine institution. The proprietor Ed took care of us in a timely manner without lacking even the smallest attention to detail. We are visiting for the DC Mardi Gras and needed tuxedos last minute. Ed was very accommodating and his prices were so reasonable! We are leaving tomorrow and he even offered to pickup our clothes from the hotel for us. Wow! Great service, and will definitely be back next time in DC. Oh and he recommended Martin's Tavern for lunch, a local establishment, calling the manager to ensure we got in!”

“There aren't enough wonderful things I could say about my experience with Marie & Serki!! I live in San Diego but was in VA for a work conference. I didn't love any of the dresses I had tried back home, so I thought I'd take a shot at trying a few dresses during my lunch break! I called Global Bridal and they told me to come on in.. I rushed over to Global Bridal and Marie met me immediately with the dress I had inquired about and the most incredible amount of loving energy I'm still deeply appreciating 1 month later. I didn't love the dress I had picked, but Marie had already picked out 3 dresses for me to try.. every dress was more & more beautiful! I was sure the 2nd dress was the one, but Marie convinced me to try one more.. and my goodness, IT WAS PERFECT! Not only were they incredibly kind in the entire tailoring process, they also helped make a last minute adjustment literally days before I had to leave for my wedding week out of state. “We took my son's first birthday photos here. They were very professional and polite. We rented hanboks for the photo shoot. Their collection of hanboks are very nice. They let us come in prior to photo shoot day to pick out our hanboks. During the photo shoot, they tried their best to make my son smile. They seemed very experienced with taking baby photos. Everything went well, and the photos came out great. I highly recommend this place if you want to rent hanbok or get some nice photos. I will be coming back when we have another occasion for special photos!!”

“I've known I wanted to shop for a dress at Anthropologie for over a decade, ever since I walked into one as a teenager and fell in love with the dresses hanging up around the space. Sarah was our bridal stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and attentive, she really made me feel special and made sure to check in with me and figure out exactly what I liked and didn't. We tried in seven dresses total, and I ended up trying two again, all within the hour-long session. I honestly had no expectations coming in, I thought I'd try a few on and then come back for a second appointment. But I'm so excited to say I found the perfect dress for my elopement. The one I chose ended up around $1300, which was a great price for how gorgeous and well made the dress is. We bought before we left and it was back ordered, so I should get it in a few weeks! Thank you to Sarah and the entire Anthropologie team, it was such a fun, easy experience and all of the dresses are so gorgeous.”

“Mina did an amazing job with my ao dai! I received so many compliments on it at my engagement dinner from both my own guests and strangers that I came across throughout the day. The fit was perfect (the lower half of my body is quite wide, and I have a hard time finding pants--the pants were totally comfortable!) and the color was just what I asked for. The hat even fit my head! I can never get a hat to fit my head lollll. Mina said that the ao dai would be completed in 2 months, and it was (to my surprise) *exactly* 2 months lol. I really appreciate how responsive she was to my messages throughout the process and how helpful she was while I was shopping for both ao dai and western-style wedding dresses.
