I love this place! Jim is fantastic and has so much experience. I know I am in very capable hands. He is building a great community here that I am happy to be a small part of. The individual training is the best! If you don't get the individual attention you need, come here and see the difference in the coaching. You'll be glad you did.

This is a great alternative for people who just want to go and work out without all the classes, levels and nonsense of more corporately systematized gyms. But you'll still get a real level of personal training. The founder just talks to you and then puts you straight to work based on your fitness level and desires. I also like the intense, multi-activity and compressed workout style. A person who has been working out for 15 + years like me or a complete newbie could benefit. I am not a fan of group or instructor lead workouts but I will definitely be back here to learn more from a real professional.

Jim recently opened his own personal gym after two years of being associated with a larger crossfit box. He's been my trainer for the better part of three years, and has made me incredibly stronger and faster, all while maintaining my bodyweight. He's also an accomplished athlete, and has won numerous competitions (Superfit, Crossfit Football, National Power Athlete Team Champion) as well as being a professional member of the GRID league. This man knows what he's doing.
