I went to the store to purchase phone and the store representative which was healthy girl probably name Maria was trying to over charge me for about $161 more than actual price of phone. And then I asked for breakdown of the price so the representative was standing behind the desk and did ot answer my any question and was being rude. Who is the owner of the store? She was keep trying to kick me out of the store when I asked for the price breakdown. This store is a scam. Representative really need to learn how to deal in customer service. I am not sure how she got the job. I went to purchase iPhone 11 and switching my number from different carrier as asvertised on store website for $49.99 and the store representative telling we do not have this deal and asked me to pay $100 for iPhone 11 and $111 for taxes and activation. What kind of taxes and activation include upto $111? Even if we take dull price of phone is $500 and the sales tax is 6% if we calculate the tax on $500 is only $30 tax and activation is is free for boost mobile company usually but lets assume $25 activation fees as other carrier charge so $100 for phone and plan plus $30 taxes plus $25 activation is total is $155 and why representative was charging $211 which is $61 extra it means she was teying to scam me and over charge me to make commission.

The communication for purchasing a ph was not provided at all. The receipt did not show any details what so ever except total. Went to purchase an iPhone 12 based on advertised promotion and ended up with a iPhone11 instead at a $100.00 more. Taxes and fees? I was just a bystander but there was no way I would have purchased anything from them.

I'm not sure what is wrong with the boost mobile stores in this area. Each and every one would accept my call and say nothing on the line then hang up or hang up mid conversation.

Not sure who is running this store, but someone answered the phone and I could not understand what they had said at first so I asked them to repeat their self. Instead they hung up on me. I thought, “Okay, I worked customer service once, maybe they were flustered.” So I called back, the person said nothing and after I said, “Hello” they said, “Hi,” back without any introduction. I asked if could speak with a manager or someone who was working there. They promptly told me “No,” and hung up on me. What kind of store is being ran here?
