Came here today at 8:46pm literally for a $9 Apple item. They said that the register is closed…while the curbside customers are still picking up. The store hours 10am-9pm how come they are closing the registers so early ? I understand everyone wants to go home but I just got off a 12 hour shift and hurried here…so disappointed. When it says 9pm the doors should be closed at 9pm. Not at 8:46pm. Just awful and if the store is closing earlier than 9pm it should state that on your website so people are not wasting their time.

Manager OM, and floor employee Chris were very knowledgeable and friendly even though I had a bad experience at a nearby bestbuy (not bestbuy's fault). I had a great time minus the police presence ?? ? ? ? ?. You'll most likely see me at a Best Buy near you ? #WINDSTORMTECHNOLOGIES. . .

Went in panicked today to buy a new printer to finish my taxes. Nick was very knowledgable and efficient. He expertly answered all my questions and handled the purchase while advising me of the protections and policies. He did all this while fielding questions from other customers due to the lack of other staff on the floor. He even carried the printer out to my car! (I'm older.) Nick makes this Best Buy location a win for customer service.

My call was to know the status of my preorder item. I get detailed explanations which satisfied me to wait until I get notification from the app. I finally received a notification that my item was ready for pickup and received my item on time. Very efficient service. Thanks Best Buy!

If I could give them zero stars, I would.My husband and I went to Best Buy today to purchase a 75 inch television and to look at a replacement smart phone. We spent a lot of time in the TV department, the iPhone counter and the Android phone counter.We were never approached by ANY sales persons at any of the three departments/counters! We were very shocked!So, I just finished ordering a 75 inch television from Amazon. It will arrive tomorrow. Best Buy lost several hundred dollars worth of sales, as we will order our new phones elsewhere as well.Not a very smart sales approach…..

It’s supposed to be closed on Saturdays but the doors were closed and the supervisor/ management team member was by the door letting people know that they’re closed at 8:42pm. It was four of us (me and my husband and other couples) . We drove 30 minutes to get here.So unprofessional, they were laughing and talking behind us when we turn and leave the store.So sad to see Best Buy this low.

Be carful with computer section people. Take someone knows about PCs. There is a guy I think his name is Nick who always wants to sell you more stuff when you are buying your PC. He told me to buy Antivirus because Windows PC “doesn’t” have built in Antivirus.
