WORST CAR SHOP EVER. As soon i walk in they ask for my receipt even though they had all my info in their system. They replaced the wrong part on my car. After paying 1400 dollars, their fixing only lasted a day. They took zero responsibility. False estimates and wrong doings.

I went in for an issue with my A/C and they charge me 1700 for a ac compressor. The ac worked one day and it went back to the exact same issue. DISHONEST AND RUDE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The folks at KB Auto Care had the expertise and knowledge to quickly assess the problems, determine solutions, and fix all issues with my vehicle for a very reasonable price. They were polite and communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. I really appreciate that they went into detail about what the problems and the necessary fixes were, unlike other places that give some vague explanation and don’t bother to educate you on how cars work (and don’t!) I dropped my car off that morning at 9am and had it back by 2pm that same day. They will be my first stop the next time my car has a problem!

I came in on 12/14 to get my headlamps replaced. I didn’t know I had 2 more additional bulbs burned out. But they took care of it. They were professional, I was done in less than 45 min and they made the experience very nice. Most women dont feel comfortable going to have service done on their cars because of how they are usually treated and mechanics are known to work women over when it comes to having their cars serviced, more than it happens to men. But here , I can say I felt comfortable, and the cost was a little less that it would have been if I had took my car to the dealer. I’m glad I chose them. I will be back , I need an oil change!

my family has always taken the car I now drive in to this shop with no issues. but all of a sudden when I, personally, went in for one service they tried to trick me into paying for an entirely different additional service despite never asking me or giving me information upfront. so when the price was naturally higher than the service I expected I was confused. then the front desk accused me of "playing a game". just be careful if you're not a man coming here bc it seems that they have a gender bias.
