I have used this service periodically for the past two years. I simply would not entrust the care of my kitties to any other service. I really value the care given by Becky's Pet Care and highly recommend them.

This place is the best! After Alexandria Pet Care cancelled a dog walking/pet visit while I was away, Becky’s came through. The walkers loved the dogs - and while my son was there recovering from surgery - you could tell they were real dog people. There were four dogs of various temperaments and Becky’s staff shined!!

My young kitten is in great hands with Becky’s. While I’m feeling a smidgen of guilt for taking two days away, I love reading his pet journal and seeing the pics.

Becky's cares for our two dogs and three cats when we are away. Their dedication, care, and attention to detail are phenomenal. I can't say enough what a wonderful job they do, and most importantly, the dogs and cats all love the care takers.

I've been a client of the company for almost a decade now, uses service when I've been unable to find friend or family to assist. I booked a service on 6/6 for the July 4th holiday weekend. Three weeks later on 6/25 (1 week before a major holiday) I received an automated email that services are unavailable. After a follow up email asking why this was canceled, it was stated that they work on a first-come first-serve basis and apologize for the inconvenience. That's perfectly fine and understandable, however it should be coordinated before booking the service, not 3 weeks after, and 1 week before a major holiday is completely unacceptable. If I can't rely on the service I request, then I can't use the service, it's that simple. I could have been looking for alternate solutions for the past 3-weeks instead of scrambling at the end.

Working with Becky's Pet Care has been a great experience. The company is upfront with policies, cost, and caretaker training. The couple times I have needed to contact the company with questions, I have received quick responses. Scheduling mid-day walks from the client portal is really straightforward. Elaine has been great with my dog who takes a while to warm up to strangers; she's been calmly working on building up his trust week after week. It's a huge relief to see the post-visit journal updates on how each visit went while I'm still at work.

I've been using Becky's Pet Care for over a decade, now. They're reliable and very good at finding coverage coverage for my pets whenever I need it, including the few times I've needed coverage on short notice.

We love Becky’s Pet care for its fast and efficient site, allowing us to elect services at any time, and more importantly for the reliability and love their staff has given to my cats for the past 6+ years. They go above and beyond, bringing in mail and packages, sending personalized, detailed notes and photos, and alerting me to any concerns. Grateful we found them!

We have been using Becky’s Pet Care for years to take care of our cats while on vacation. We very much appreciate the daily reports with photos and the notes on each cat’s mood and behavior. One of my cats is getting older and the catbox routine has gotten complicated. Even with our notes they figured it out and even went above and beyond. No complaints whatsoever.

We have used Becky's for years. They take excellent care both of our pet and of us. With online scheduling and daily statuses while on vacation, we are always informed. Their daily status reports are detailed with pictures. When they have a concern, they call us immediately. We are very satisfied.

We have been using Becky's Pet Care for several years to take care of our cat when we travel. They take excellent care of our cat and we really appreciate the e-mail message after each visit that lets us know how he is doing including pictures. It makes out trips much more enjoyable to know he is being well cared for.
