I just walked in after a bad day where my car got hit and the quarter panel was crunched. I got a very good feeling talking to Mike, the owner/president/dictator (j/k). ?
My quote was honest and was about $150 to $200 lower than 2 other estimates. I am so glad I went there. The color match was perfect, fit and finish was perfect. Bad things happen in life; but a good honest crew like Auto-Star made me feel like I was in good hands. Auto-Star is now my go-to place for any bodywork and paint. They really made me feel at home. Lastly. The estimate was including tax and shop fees and whatever else other places feel like charging people. It was an easy win for all. Thanks Mike and everybody else. One more thing. Turnaround time was 4 days. Not 4 weeks and my car was washed. Awesome!

These guys are great! Very friendly and easy to talk to.They took care of my wife's X3 that needed both front and rear bumpers repaired and repainted.Mike was super cool. Took in the vehicle when it was convenient for me and had it done in a couple days. The silver paint is an excellent match (difficult color), and I love that my wife's precious 4-year old X3 looks new again.Pricing is very fair and repair and paint quality is very good. I will definitely be getting my rock-chipped and scratched up M3 front bumper resprayed here.Services: Painting

I just happen to see "Auto Star Body Shop" while shopping in the Springfield, VA area, and decided to get a quote to have my front and rear bumpers re-painted. The Shop was very clean from the door to the customer business office. The Staff(Everyone), I encountered while there was extremely professional and warm. I was taken care of immediately, and on my way with estimate in hand within 15 minutes.I returned 2 weeks later to drop my car off, to have the work done. Again I was met with the same exceptional customer service.I was promised to have my car back in two days. The body shop deliver my car as promised. I was surprised by the turn around, but even more impressed by the level of attention to detail in the work they did on my car. I just had repair work done on my Honda Fit.. Hood was rusting and coating was peeling on several areas of the car. I was more than pleased with the work and service that I received. Felt the price was fair and that they cared about doing a good job, which they did. Work was done in a timely way I would highly recommend this auto body .

This place is not recommended for auto body repair. They tend to get mad at you when you call them more than two times, to inquire about your vehicle . Bad business
