“We've been with Ray and Allstate for about 15 years. When we've needed to file a claim, Allstate has been responsive and helpful. I'm relatively satisfied with the service (it's one of those things you don't need until you need it, then your really need it). I have two autos, three motorcycles, and a home insured with Allstate, and I am concerned about how my rates have been increasing over the last two years (more than our crazy inflation rates). I've already moved one of my older vehicles over to competitor who is offering similar coverage at about half the cost. If their service proves to be comparable to Allstate's, we'll start moving our other vehicles over and perhaps our homeowners insurance in the next cycle.”
