This store is trash. They constantly give incorrect information so that they dont have to do their jobs. They said I couldn't upgrade my phone after ATT customer support said I could and could do so in store to avoid shipping delays. I went to another store in which they advised I could but did not have the device in stock. This store had the device in stock but again, they're trash. I ordered the phone through support and luckily it is being delivered next day. This was my third attempt to use this store to get my account situated after they said i couldnt add additional lines to my account after support advised that I could. This store also couldn't even get that done and this is supposed to be a "corporate" location. Three separate visits and I couldnt get ONE thing done on any of my visits. Why? Because this store is trash. Everytime theyve told me i cant do something or dont qualify for anything on my account, ive literally got it done and/or handled elsewhere THE SAME DAY! Condescending smucks dont care about you going out your way to get there to handle your business. Youre better off going to Duke street, Falls church or just any other location(even a third party store). I'd avoid this place like the plague until they can train their reps well enough to do their jobs correctly because no one, all the way up to their manager(s), is/are good for anything.P.S. the store was empty when I arrived in my most recent visit, they're just flipping lazy.

This store customer service can use RE-TRAINING for some of their staff, please and thanks.My aging parents made an effort to go to the store (their 2nd AT&T store for today).I already bought my parents brand new iPhones (that they had with them) from AT&T and all they needed to do was to switch their same phone numbers from Verizon to AT&T.The AT&T in-store rep dismissed them - saying - because you didn’t buy the phones from us in the store we cannot help you. This occurred on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 at approximatelybetween 2 - 4 PM EST. My parents were so frustrated, they left the store... to drive to yet another AT&T store (their 3rd one today).The in-store reps were remiss in their dismissive demeanor & horrible lack of customer service skills. They said - you didn’t buy the phone from us so we can’t do anything for you - in addition to saying that the Wi-Fi was down.I personally bought these brand new iPhones for them from AT&T (Sam’s Club AT&T sales - iPhones sent via mail).I may live two time zones away, but I took my phone to an AT&T store over here in Mountain Standard Time zone - to the closest store at my location - & they were able to fix it (activate my new iPhone and switch over from Verizon to AT&T, using same phone number) for me even though I did not buy these phones directly from that particular store.The company is NOT consistent in Springfield. What is (sadly) consistent is that both this AT&T store and the one in the mall across the street have a lack of customer service.

The service is very bad it’s not working in Springfield va,lorton and Kingstown va sim has also problem showing 5g+ internet stop working I don’t know when they will fix it so disappointing with their service

I messed up on programming my phone and they fixed it quickly and it works better then ever. Very personable and professional. Could not ask for better service. This store has always been very good at service and advise on my phones.

We went in about 30 minutes before close just wanted to ask a few questions about trading in our old phones. Kenny was very helpful and professional. He even recommend us to go ahead and do the trade in the phones then and shows no sign of rushing. He took the time to explain us every little detail even it's 30 after closing he still take his time to make sure that we know everything that we needed to know. Julio was also helpful in explaining how to transfer phone after we get them. Overall, we're happy with the quality of the service that the provided. Very professional. Thank you guys.

Franklin was great and very helpful. I had an issue with my hotspot and he was able to resolve it for me. I would recommend this place for anyone that needs ATT services. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Pretty much all cell phone providers are terrible in terms of customer service but AT&T is hands down the worst of them. Cant wait until the end of this contract to switch. Was trying to switch from a family plan to our own plan and had to go back and forth to the store 4 seperate times because every employee we dealt with told us we needed something else done. The last time we went in the guy who helped us basically said none of this was necessary and was able to do it all on his own. We signed up for a firstnet account since my wife is a first responder.... Her phone is consistently slower and has less service than mine does with the standard AT&T plan. To top it off I called in and asked to merge my iPad account to the new plan and remove the data plan since I only use it on wifi. The rep I spoke with on the phone told me it's better to just suspend the account until the installments are completed (completely false). Even though I never used data for 3 months I was still billed for the data plan. When I realized it and called in the retention line refused to do anything since there "wasn't any notations saying there would be no data charges". Apparently it makes sense to AT&T that a customer would voluntarily shut off their service for an iPad, but still want to pay for it just in case they decide they want to turn it back on again in the future. Even though I have a seperate account with two phones and two Apple Watches they still refuse to do anything to help with the several months of data charges on an iPad that couldn't even use the data due to the suspended account. To top it off, virtually every person you talk to on the phone has the attitude that they could give a crap less about your problems.

Oh my days the employees all the way up to the managers are incompetent. I’ve had multiple visits and encounters with no resolutions and frivolous information given to me about my ATT corporate employee discounts. They absolutely forward me to the corporate customer service line. Not sure why this store is even here when there’s more competent folks over at the Springfield mall AT&T location. These folks are quick to frown upon retail AT&T stores not knowing anything about EMO managers and refuse to help. I spoke to four different employees here and all of them seem to give me different advice on the same matter! Go anywhere else but here! They truly need to be scrutinized by corporate since they’re not living up to their own standards because if they help me their stored might be red flagged! I’m going to give you the red flags ? ? ? for needing more training on how to deal with AT&T corporate EMO managers like myself!

I normally have a great experience at this location. However this particular day, this past Tuesday, not so much. I went in to purchase a car charger. I was the only person shopping at the time. The representative never said his name, but he was rude and condescending in his tone. I was asking about various programs such as my discounts as a public service worker, and att rewards. He said I didn't qualify for accessory discounts and "what rewards?" was his response. I then went on to question my bill and he said I had to call billing that he couldn't help me. I told him I'd never been told that before in an actual ATT store, he responded with "like I said...." That's when I left. He was rude and not helpful at all. I didn't buy the charger and that experience has me deeply considering taking my 5 lines elsewhere ASAP.
