If this review could be less then a 1 star I would do that, the employees have terrible attitudes and sell pipe dreams then over charge in fees that they “promise” to waive.Manager Rich, and cashier Em are two of THE most unprofessional human beings that I ever interacted with. I would avoid this AT&T or any AT&t if you can.

The guy name Richard was very very Rude he claim he is manager but he don't even know how to deal with costumers he really need some help to learn manners and about business he wants me talk about price 1st then I can look anything if I don't buy anything not allowed to enter in store at all he needs to know costumers look at different options 1st then they decide what and where to buy I been costumer with at&t over 5 years I never seen anyone talk unprofessional like him in all my life please remove him immediately from this store he is bringing AT&T reputation down.

This store is empty and there is a reason why, the employees are so rude and guettho to the point that is even difficult to communicate with them,not only that they do a terrible job placing a simple order. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this store knowing that acrossed the street from the mall there is another AT&T dealer with much better attention. Save yourself a headache and do not buy from this store.

The store rep, Aziz, was unprofessional. He used profanity throughout setting up my service. The manager had to speak with him about professionalism several times. Aziz was not familiar with the process and Aziz was inappropriate throughout and passive aggressive. It took over a hour and twenty minutes to complete the process to establish service. Aziz should not represent this company as a store representative. The manager had to apologize several times for Aziz's inexperience and Aziz was sent to the break room for his lack of unprofessionalism. If it wasn't for the manager I would have not continued and I would left the store and stayed with Xfinity. I cannot believe this happened to me. I am disturbed by this overall negative experience in this store. As a woman, Aziz made this experience uncomfortable and made me feel unsafe in the Springfield store.

Don’t jump all at once! These employees are not helpful at all! We went in to return AirPods we bought only a week before that weren’t even opened and charged $25 for a restocking fee when clearly on AT&T website states as long as Apple products are not opened can be return without a restocking fee. Mind you again it was under a week we had them. We paid still and called AT&T like they mentioned we do. AT&T customer services also stated we shouldn’t have been charged and put notes on our ACCOUNT that it was the policy. When we called them back to let them know Ronald refused to even check our account to read the notes AT&T put in 5 mins before calling them. Ronald kept it short and said that he couldn’t help because he wasn’t the manger and when we asked for one they apparently didn’t have one on that day. Also the phone number on the receipt is not their store number. It’s a number that redirects you to some random sales line for AT&T. Buyers beware. Go to an actual corporate location!!!!

This store customer service can use RE-TRAINING for some of their staff, please and thanks. My parents made an effort to go to the store while I had another AT&T rep on the phone. The representative in-store she refused to stay on the phone with me (I’m calling from 2 time zones away) in order to help my aging parents while I also had another AT&T rep on the phone conference call. The in-store rep didn’t listen to me explain that I already bought my parents brand new iPhones (that they had with them) from AT&T and all they needed to do was to switch their same phone numbers from Verizon to AT&T. The AT&T in-store rep dismissed the conference call while I was explaining. This occurred on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 at approximately 1:30 PM EST. My parents were so frustrated, they left the store. The AT&T phone rep was so, so embarrassed that their own company reps were horrible at customer service - so he (the phone rep from off-shore) called me back and helped me tremendously, whereas the in-store rep was remiss in her dismissive demeanor & horrible lack of customer service skills. I almost considered switching back to Verizon (I had them on the conference call, too - and the Verizon rep mentioned they were going to report the in-store rep situation)!

Wanted all my info before even letting me walk in the store. When I asked if I could just look at a phone the rude gentleman said "yeah, you can go look at a phone at t-mobile" while he literally blocked the entrance to the store. Won't be back!

I walked in store to ask for an upgrade on my device, but decided to not get it. I checked my bill today and noticed i had home protection charges added to my account. I called in and asked about it and they said a change was made to my account. I have a pin required to make changes on my account that nobody but me knows. But i do now that the day i made the change to the account i also walked in this store to get an idea on trading my phone in. It seems as if someone from the store mistakingly added the fees services to my account without me wanting or knowing. Unless they get commission on the sale and knowingly made the change, either way atnt refunded and removed the charge but i wont be going back to this store again.

Terrible customer service. I walked in to get a new phone and ask about unlocked phones and possibly even get a new line, and the sales associate told me to get out of the store very disrespectfully quite literally not a minute after walking in. He asked if I had my parents with me as I look a little young. I took much offense and left as I don’t want to buy anything from a store with such bad customer service, I’d save the trip and go to Tyson’s!
