COMPANY FLEET DRIVERS BEWARE
We initially brought our GMC Savannah installation truck to Alban Tire due to their excellent online reputation and long-standing business history. Unfortunately, our experience has been deeply disappointing, raising serious concerns about their quality control.
Our first issue arose after dropping off the truck after hours to address a severe problem: it suddenly jerked to the right, making it unsafe to drive. The next day, we were informed the tire was completely flat. This raised doubts, as it’s unclear how they could have moved the truck and completed the work if it indeed had a flat tire from the start.
As an HVAC company in our peak season, time is critical. Despite the flat tire, we agreed to have it fixed, needing the truck for upcoming installations. However, when sent to Fredericksburg, VA, to pick up an AC unit, the truck jerked to the right again. This forced us to bring it back for another inspection, causing further delays and frustration.
The next day, Alban Tire attributed the issue to an alignment problem and a mismatch of tire wear on the front wheels. Trusting their expertise, we proceeded with their fix. However, the problem resurfaced when the truck was sent to Hanover, MD, for equipment pickup, pulling to the right once more after 40-50 miles.
The repeated visits, lack of transparency, and insufficient customer support have eroded our trust in Alban Tire. As a business owner, I understand the complexities and challenges of running a company in the trades, but this situation is unacceptable and demands resolution from upper management.
I am deeply disappointed by Alban Tire’s inability to resolve this issue and hope they take immediate steps to address these concerns.

Horrible , horrible service. Caught a flat not just a flat my tire burst just before the exit and was towed here on my rim may I add. I sat and watched them service 2 cars that came before me while I sat on my rim. Might I add any mechanic should know sitting on the rim could make it worse. Also I am black not sure if that played a part. But the service here wasn’t worth the high prices.

Unfortunately have to leave one star. Obnoxious staff and have had two seized lug nuts from this place. People probably don't leave a bad review because they get your address when you take your car in.

Wish I had known years earlier that Alban Tire worked on passenger cars. Great service, knowledgeable employees, and very competitive tire pricing. Specifically, thanks to David for ordering four low-profile Michelins and working his magic to get them to the shop a day earlier than expected. Will look to Alban Tire as my new go-to place for other auto needs.

Today the owner Dawn, and Rick really, really made my terrible day so much better. Dawn saw I was struggling and went above and beyond ( even stayed after hours )to help my car pass expection and get back on the road safely. I will never get my car worked on anywhere else, because this shop has gained my trust not only as a shop but in humanity. Thank you so so much Dawn, you have no idea how much your kindness meant to me and my family. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop .

Disappointing Service. I brought my F350 for power steering leak. They Destroyed Gates belt it was squeaking like a pig.The mechanic said it was the pirates during pump.You said it was fixed. I brought my truck back 4 different times. It was still leaking. And it was not fixed and you still charge me full price. I had to find another mechanic that would fix it properly so I did. It was not the power steering pump. It was the power steering box. The mechanics disconnected my Antifreeze container on top of the motor that should tell you something about the mechanics. Incompetent mechanics don't go there you waste your time and money. You don't deserve a star but the computer would not let me post unless I give you one star so be it.

Don the manager was awesome and took care of all my issues I purchased new truck tires and needed front end work alignment done! I highly recommend calling them fair prices as well nice job fellas I'm a regular customer now!
