I called at 11:10pm and I was told that I would get help in the next hour. The towing truck never showed up after 1 hour. I called back again and talked to Becky? She said, oh no worries my driver Edwin is on his way, he will be there shortly. An hour later nothing and I decided to wait for a bit longer. I called once again to be told that they are for the night and that she had no more drivers until 8:00am next morning. The person who was answering the phone (Becky) said that she texted and tried to called me…??? Not true. Have 0 missed calls and 0 texts.. don’t lie to your customers. Don’t make false promises! If you are unable to help, just simply tell the customers that you can’t and that’s it. I have called another company and luckily they are on their way now.. sitting in my car for almost three hours to be helped and not get helped is not cool!

My tow driver, KWand, was on time and was very persistent and clever and managd to coax my nonresponsive electric leaf car into coming alive again. Even after jumper cables wouldn't start it, he shrewdly kept thoughtfully pondering and trying things and reseated the battery and it's cables, which solved the issue and got me able to reach the repair shop. He was also a good listener about electric leafs not having nuetral when nonresponsive and looked up the info on the manual release steps and was prepared to correctly tow with a flatbed and not the front wheels on the groun, which is important for electrics. I was impressed, and I would recommend this tow company. The phone dispatcher was also solid, and the prices were reasonable and communicated up front.

five stars all around my car was broken down and needed a tow. The team at advanced towing was very professional and organized. My tow truck driver grant was also very helpful and professional.
Hands down this is best towing company.
