Worst customer experience ever! The manager was not helpful what's so ever! They gave us a defective oil filter causing me to loose most of the oil in my car. Do not waist you time coming here and go to another auto parts store.

You are better off if you just keep one associate to run this location! No need to keep whole team who doesn’t know anything about parts and lazy!You have to beg consultant to look for specific part! All they do is just to look in computer and if they don’t see it, they are not even bothered to check the back shelves which are full of stuff that laying there for decades!!! Zero skills and zero knowledge! Advance auto parts is useless! Many needed parts are only available per order! You won’t find anything beside oil and windshield fluids!

Come and listen to a story about a man named Ted, needed a new battery cause his old one's dead, went to the store to get a one anew, little did he know he's about to be screwed! Now that you're listening. Needed a new battery. Went to Advance 7448 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA. Got a new battery, took it home, put it in. Turn the key, nothing, zip, nada. Absolutely nothing. Took a voltage meter and tested battery. Supposed to be 12 to 12.5 volts. Not 12, not 11 or 10 or 9. ZERO! So dead it had no reading at all. Took it out to return it and noticed manufacture date on the side, 11/2015!! The freaking battery I was just given was 7 years old. How do you have a battery that old; how do you sell a battery that old, and how do you not take a tester and spend literally 30 seconds testing a battery before you give it to a customer? Unfortunately/fortunately they didn't have a replacement, so got a refund. No apology, nothing. Good news, went 2 miles down the street to Pep Boys and got a battery. Their battery, manufactured 12/2022, less than a month old, and literally half the price. $90 vs $212! Installed it, car fired right up. Lesson here, make them check the battery before you leave the store. Better yet, go to another store.
