Excellent job, I love the unit dose packaging. It’s convenient and easy to use, making it super easy to remember! Staff is fantastic and always answers questions, very friendly. I’m very happy that I found them and my whole family is thankful also.

A&D Pharmacy, a female-owned business, has been my pharmacy for several years and I appreciate the individualized service I have received. The pharmacists are very caring individuals who are experts in their craft and they ALWAYS have the time to talk with their customers. If you are tired of waiting in lines at other “big name” pharmacies, I suggest you give A&D Pharmacy a try.

I think I was one of the 1st customers when they opened and I've been going back ever since. I told my family and friends and they now go too.You should go to A&D Pharmacy, if you live in Northern Virginia, DC or MD. I'm sure you'll find the service outstanding.

Fantastic staff. They are welcoming and really helpful. We do not live close to the pharmacy but they mail us our medication. First rate business with personal service and attention to detail. They make you feel like you are their only customer!

Their website is an absolute complete mess, with dead links and after 10 minutes of filling out their long vaccine form, it reset and deleted all info. If you can't manage a simple process then don't require pre-registration of your patients and just do walk-ins. This is super frustrating.

My 2 year old loves going to the "farmers" because she gives him a s***** lol The head pharmacist is so kind and knowledgeable. I'd say in some instances she knows more about my medicine than the prescribing physician. And no judgement, which is important to me. The entire staff is friendly and compassionate. Support your local farmer-cist!

This pharmacy is wonderful. As many people do for convenience, I have used one of the "big" pharmacies for years. Their service has deteriorated dramatically, and I have become more and more dissatisfied. Every transaction seems to be "problem," including me as a customer. They are always understaffed, appear to be overworked, and have no time to answer questions. Today convinced me that I should leave them and use A&D Pharmacy in Springfield for my pharmacy needs. I have used their services a few times in the past, but never made the change. I unexpectedly needed a rapid covid test for a medical procedure I need to have tomorrow. I called A&D, and was able to get a test done (drive-up) very quickly and efficiently with written results in 20 minutes. Not only were they professional and kind, they did not treat me like I was a "problem," which is how I feel each time I visit my usual big pharmacy chain. Great pharmacist, great staff, great service! I was happy not to be a "problem" to them.

Wonderful pharmacy that truly help and pay attention to you. Always have my medicine on time. They also have great COVID-19 Testing, you get the results in 15 minutes!

I came here for a rapid COVID test prior to traveling to visit my parents for the holidays. Making an appointment was easy, and I had no problem paying the $90 fee for the test since the results come back quickly. When I arrived, the pharmacist was able to see me quickly. My only complaint is that I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my receipt when I needed to drive back home and get back to work. I ended up being late as a result. If I could have a wish granted in this situation, it would be that this pharmacy issue digital receipts once the patient pays online, and also not make the patient wait for a physical copy of the test results and receipt when a digital copy and phone call suffice. That said, the staff were friendly to me and I appreciate them helping me out when other pharmacies like CVS are overwhelmed with people trying to get these tests, and have a much longer result waiting period.

A & D is your one stop shop for all your prescriptions with a lovely staff who truly cares. I was so glad to land upon this pharmacy after dealing with so many issues at big time pharmacy companies. Would give 10 out of 5 if I could!

Incompetent, uncaring indifferent. Why does one present 2 types of medical insurance, answer is because they pay for coverage and folks that promise to provide service like vaccinations should do so ONLY AFTER checking coverage. I just got the old bait and switch by 2 folks who decided to provide service BEFORE validating it would be covered and this was AFTER the "owner/lead" pharmacist wooed me with false promise that it would be covered. They had all the information but yet no critical thinking, you would hope that someone would apply a minimum level of effort in this area...I will not return, can't trust the folks and not impressed especially having waited a full 20 minutes before the shot which was plenty of time to get this done right....lazy. pathetic.
