the workers are very rude I've been living in this area for 3 years now and the older guy is racist and disrespectful. I understand not being fluent in English but customer service and respect should be learned at each job.

I'm from out of town with a medical condition and asked to use the restroom concerning its 2 am and everything is closed. I thought they would be willing to help. I was told no. I even offered to pay because of my situation. I was asked to leave. Really disappointed

The best 7-eleven there is. Hataz gon hate but the bad reviews are just weak spirited crybabies who ain't built for the Toga. Awesome staff and awesome store!

Very rude service, average spending here monthly around $500.00 but not going anymore, also place is not clean enough for food services, not sure how they passed health inspection!

I've lived in Saratoga for most of my life (33 years) and have been going here for as long as I can remember. The new management over the past 6 or 7 years has been absolutely exceptional. They have a punctual, friendly, and most importantly a problem solving team that never hesitates to do their job well. I will always, ALWAYS be loyal to this 7-11.

I visited my favorite 7/11 on Rolling rd in Springfield VA. I had 1085 points to get an chocolate Eclair, the young counter man cheated me out of it, wiping all my earned points away. He handled my cell phone and said " now you gotta pay for it " because I don't know what happened. I could've walked out leaving all my items on the cashier counter, but that would've been a loss for the store and not the cashier manI'm disappointed at his actions.

Rip off alert. They have advertising for the taquitos saying 3 for 3.49 however, they ring it up at 5.79 with a 79 cent discount. When I complained the clerk mumbled something about their computer was down? BS BS BS.. Common tactic in India to advertise a price and change it at the register. Hey 7-eleven .. permanently lost a customer.

Been going here since I was a teenager. Great people. Most if the cashiers are great, though sometimes the night ones can kinda disappear. Overall, they always have what I need and they know me so always a friendly hello.
